The “calling of God” is the doorway into election, where the believer has the opportunity to receive God’s highest and best.

Thursday, July 1, 2004

a. The invitation of God the Father to believe in Jesus Christ.
b. The election of the believer where God wills His highest and best by giving the believer the opportunity to participate in the greatest victory ever won.

EPH 4:1 “I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, entreat you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called.”

What does it mean to walk “worthy of the calling” or that “God may count you worthy of your calling?”
The “calling of God” is the doorway into election where the believer has the opportunity to receive God’s highest and best.

“Worthy” – aor-act-subj – axios = to be deemed worthy, due something, to be fit for something, or suitable for something.

EPH 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.

Your calling is the doorway into election where the believer has the opportunity to receive God’s highest and best.

COL 2:14 having cancelled out the certificate of debt which was against us by means of the decrees, and which[certificate of debt] was hostile to us and He [by means of the decrees] has taken it out of the way having nailed it to the cross.

COL 2:15 When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him.

Now that the Lord has overcome Satan, sin and death, we have been called to live the spiritual life through the fulfillment of the dramatic seven chorus line whereby our personal drama brings glory to God and we fulfill our personal sense of destiny.

To walk “worthy of the calling” or to be counted worthy of your calling = to receive the highest and best that God has elected you to receive, beginning experientially the moment that He called or invited you into the kingdom of His dear Son.

“Worthy” – axiose = to be deemed worthy, due something, fit for something, or suitable for something, is an excellent description of the blessings and the inheritance of every Church-age believer.

2CO 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

REV 3:4 But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with Me in white [Uniform of Glory]; for they are worthy.

REV 22:12 Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done.

The means of God calling you is through the Gospel to receive the glory of TLJC, 2TH 2:14.

We are called into fellowship with TLJC –
1CO 1:9 God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

We are also called into His kingdom and glory, 1TH 2:12.

We are also called into eternal life –
1TI 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called,

PHI 3:10-11 that I may come to know Him, and the power of [behind] His resurrection and the participation of His sufferings, being conformed to His death;

PHI 3:11 if, in some way, I may attain to the resurrection away from the dead ones.

JOH 10:10 The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.

ROM 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.

To take hold of eternal life to which your were called = an extraordinary peace that God desires for us to experience even in time.

God has a plan for our lives which enables us to embrace eternal life despite all of the natural opposition, and as a part of that plan He also gives us the ability to take hold of eternal life to which we were called.

If you stay with the plan of God, you will have times when you will experience death to the self-life and then the experience of the newness of life, resurrection life.

JOH 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.
PHI 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

We do not always understand the will of God, but to trust His sovereignty completely is another matter that leads us to take hold of eternal life to which your were called.

As we deepen in our total abandonment to Christ, outward things (persecution, injustice, and even what is perceived to be the unfairness of God and the displeasure of God) are things no longer perceived nor reacted to.

To take hold of eternal life to which you were called will allow us to experience fantastic inner happiness, PHI 4:4.

It will cause us not to be worried and give us fantastic inner peace,
PHI 4:6-7.

It will give us a fantastic positive attitude toward life, PHI 4:8.
It will allow us to be totally content in any and every circumstance of life, PHI 4:11-13.

It will give us phenomenal confidence that no matter what the odds are against, God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, PHI 4:19.

To take hold of eternal life to which you were called = we will experience deliverance from the bondage of the world and the stronghold of the cosmic system.

We are also called into His sufferings, 1PE 2:21. When we “make our calling and election sure or a spiritual reality,” we will be willing to go through undeserved suffering without murmuring or complaining about the situation.

We are also called to inherit blessings, 1PE 3:9.

When we “make our calling and election sure or a spiritual reality,” we do not seek revenge or become antagonistic toward those who attack us.

We are also called into eternal glory, 1PE 5:10.

We are called into liberty and freedom –
GAL 5:13 For you were called to freedom, brethren; only {do} not {turn} your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

We are called into peace –
COL 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.

We have also been called out of darkness, 1PE 2:9.

ROM 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to {His} purpose.

HEB 9:15 And for this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, in order that since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were {committed} under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

The doctrine of Election: Be motivated even more to make certain about His calling and election.

Friday, July 2, 2004

Accusative singular feminine noun – eklogen – e*kloghVn – “choosing” = election, the act of God picking you out; that act of God’s free will by which before the foundation of the world He decreed His blessings to certain persons.

It was God the Father who elected us and in election He willed the highest and the best for each one of us.

The Doctrine of Election.
“Elected to what?”

Point 1. Definition.
Election is the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and before mankind lived on the earth.

Election = one of two important principles or desires from the sovereignty of God; the other is predestination.

Election, along with foreknowledge, predestination, justification and glorification, are all printouts from the doctrine of the divine decrees and the sovereign will of God.

Foreknowledge is an aspect of God’s omniscience in which all things, past, present, future, eternal, material, intellectual and spiritual, and actual, are known by Him.

Predestination is the provision of the sovereignty of God for you in eternity past to provide for you God’s plan, purpose, and will for your life.

Justification = an act of vindication.

The justice of God acts on our behalf pronouncing us justified – having a relationship with God forever, having the perfect righteousness of God imputed to us.

Glorification = the act of God whereby ultimately the believer is conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.

Election, along with foreknowledge, predestination, justification and glorification, are all printouts from the doctrine of the divine decrees and the sovereign will of God.

They belong only to the believer and they should cause the believer to have a tremendous amount of confidence that God is with them.

Like predestination, election is used for believers only,
EPH 1:4.
ROM 8:33 “Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies”

MAT 22:14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Adjective – “polloi” = used from a Semitic or Jewish perspective which involves both quantity and totality = “all.”

DAN 12:2 “And many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, others to disgrace and everlasting contempt.”

MAR 10:48 “And many were sternly telling him to be quiet, but he kept crying out all [polloi] the more,”

LUK 10:40 But Martha was distracted with all [polloi] her preparations;
LUK 18:39 But he kept crying out all [polloi] the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

TLJC is not the first-born among many brethren, He is the first-born of all brethren.

1. Rulership of the family.
2. The privilege of the priesthood.
3. The privilege of receiving a double portion.

TLJC has two rulerships, Israel and the church.

All men have been reconciled to God and have the opportunity through faith in Christ to be justified before God.

MAT 22:14 “For many [the entire human race] are called, but few are chosen or elected [eklektoi].”
ROM 11:29 for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

The “calling of God” is irrevocable – even though God knows who is going to respond and who is not, He still sends out the invitation – the doctrine of the unlimited atonement.

“The many” or all are called but few are elected.

Election is a benefit which expresses the sovereign will of God for each believer in the Royal Family during the Church-age.
Predestination is the “provision” of the sovereign will of God for your life.

Predestination = the PPOG, your personal sense of destiny, participating in the greatest victory ever won, and the fulfillment of your very own personal drama.

Under election, the sovereignty of God willed the highest and best for every believer, having previously deposited that highest and best into escrow in eternity past.

The mechanics for the election of the Church is the baptism of the Holy Spirit which occurs at the very moment we believe in Christ.

Not only do you have a magnificent destiny under the PPOG, but election says that you have the same privileges and opportunities as all other believers for the execution of that plan.

Under election, equal privilege is your Royal Priesthood.
Equal opportunity is logistical grace support and blessing for both winners and losers.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 2: ELECTION BELONGS ONLY TO THE BELIEVER AND SHOULD GIVE HIM TREMENDOUS CONFIDENCE. 2PE 1:8-10; ROM 8:28-33; EPH 1:3-4; DEU 7:6; ISA 42:1; COL 3:12; REV 13:8; ACT 2:22-23; ISA 52:13-15

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 2: ELECTION BELONGS ONLY TO THE BELIEVER AND SHOULD GIVE HIM TREMENDOUS CONFIDENCE.

Sunday, July 4, 2004

“Therefore, brethren, be motivated even more to make your calling and election a spiritual reality.”

You have been called or invited by God.
It is an invitation whereby grace can change you.

The call of God describes the mechanics of salvation and the beginning of realizing the calling of God upon your life or the divine invitation to participate in the greatest victory ever won.

Accusative singular feminine noun – eklogen – e*kloghVn – “choosing” = election, the act of God picking you out; that act of God’s free will by which before the foundation of the world He decreed his blessings to certain persons.

It was God the Father who elected us in eternity past and in election He willed the highest and the best for each one of us – EPH 1:4 He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world,

The Doctrine of Election.

Point 1. Definition.
Election = the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and before mankind lived on the earth.

Election, along with foreknowledge, predestination, justification and glorification, are all printouts from the doctrine of the divine decrees and the sovereign will of God.

They belong only to the believer and they should cause the believer to have a tremendous amount of confidence that God is with them.

Point 2. There are three elections in history.

a. Israel under the ritual plan of God.
b. Christ under the incarnation plan of God.
c. The Church under the pre-designed plan of God.

Israel was elected under the ritual plan of God –
DEU 7:6 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has elected you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
ISA 45:4 For the sake of Jacob My servant, And Israel My elected one, I have also called you by your name; I have given you a title of honor though you have not known Me.

TLJC was elected under the incarnation plan of God –
ISA 42:1 Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; My elected one in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations.

MAT 12:18 Behold, My Servant whom I have elected; My Beloved in whom My soul is well-pleased; I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He shall proclaim justice to the Gentiles.
LUK 9:35 And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My Son, My Chosen One; listen to Him!”

The church was elected under the pre-designed plan of God –
COL 3:12 And so, as those who have been elected of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience;

a. The election of Israel brought in the new racial species, the Jew.
God chose Abraham to become the father of the Jewish race, GEN 18:19.

Babylon, Iraq, is mentioned over 300 times in the Bible, and even mentioned three times in the family tree of our Lord Jesus Christ.

b. The election of Christ which brought in the hypostatic union, a new species – undiminished deity and true humanity in one person forever.

Jesus Christ is eternal God and therefore different from true humanity.
Jesus Christ is true humanity and therefore different from eternal God.

1TI 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the God-man Christ Jesus,

c. The election of the Church which brought in the new spiritual species, the Church or Royal Family of God – the new creation, 2CO 5:17, GAL 6:15.

Point 3. The unique election of history: the Lord Jesus Christ.

REV 13:8 And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was elected under the salvation plan of God.

2CO 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

2CO 9:15 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

Under the principle of election TLJC was the lamb that was slain before the foundation of the world, ACT 2:23,
4:27-28.

LUK 9:35 And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My son, My chosen one; listen to Him!”

TLJC was elected in eternity past; and His election was fulfilled through the virgin pregnancy.

“Behold” – hinneh = a command that demands a response of love.

It is impossible to “behold” unless one loves, and impossible to “love” unless one concentrates. Love demands concentration.
“Behold, My servant” = a command that demands us to respond to His love, and His love is revealed in His sufferings for us.

ROM 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

ROM 8:31-32, What then shall we say to these things? If God {is} FOR US, who {is} against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up FOR US all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

GAL 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse FOR US – for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.”
EPH 5:2 Christ loved us and gave Himself up FOR US, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.
1TH 5:10 He died FOR US so that we may live together with Him.
1JO 3:16 We know love by this, that He laid down His life FOR US;

Behold my servant = a reference to the hypostatic union; TLJC is undiminished deity and true humanity in one person forever.

Although our Lord suffered immensely not one bone in His body could be broken according to prophecy –
JOH 19:36 “a bone of Him shall not be broken.”

His face received disfigurement from His physical suffering but also His spiritual suffering which caused mental pain and showed on His face as well.

He will sprinkle many nations = the unlimited atonement, Christ dying for the sins of the world.

PHI 2:9-11, Therefore also the God has highly exalted Him to the maximum, and bestowed on Him the name or rank which is above every name, in order that at the title of Jesus every knee of the heavens should bow, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, resulting in the glory of God the Father.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 3: AN ELECTION FROM GOD PLUS A PLAN FROM GOD EQUALS A DESTINY. 2PE 1:10, MAT 3:13-17, HEB 9:14, 1KI 19:18, ROM 11:2-4, ROM 9:1-8, 1TH 1:4, EPH 1:4, 2PE 1:11

The doctrine of election, part 3: An election from God plus a plan from God equals a destiny.

Wednesday, July 7, 2004

2PE 1:10 Therefore, brethren, be motivated even more to make certain about His calling and election

The Doctrine of Election.

Point 1. Definition.
Election is the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and before mankind lived on the earth.

Point 2. There are three elections in history.
a. Israel under the ritual plan of God.
b. Christ under the incarnation plan of God.
c. The Church under the pre-designed plan of God.

a. The election of Israel brought in the new racial species, the Jew.

b. The election of Christ which brought in the hypostatic union, a new species – undiminished deity and true humanity in one person forever.

c. The election of the Church which brought in the new spiritual species, the Church or Royal Family of God, called the new creation, 2CO 5:17, GAL 6:15.

Point 3. The unique election of history: the Lord Jesus Christ.

The water represented something new – the Father’s plan and will for the dispensation of the hypostatic union – to begin His public ministry and to go to the cross and receive the personal sins of mankind and be judged.

a. In the water, TLJC was saying He would fulfill God’s plan and live a perfect life under the greatest testing and then go to the cross and receive the imputation of all personal sins, MAT 3:13-17.

b. As He came out of the water, TLJC recognized that when He completed the plan of the Father by being judged for our sins and then dying physically, He would be resurrected, followed by His ascension and session.

The election of Jesus Christ was impossible without logistical grace support provided for Him.

Logistics = the military science of supply, provision, and planning of troop movement necessary to sustain military forces.

Logistical grace = divine planning, divine support, divine provision, and divine blessing for the execution of the PPOG by the royal family for the fulfillment of God’s will, purpose, and plan for your life.

LUK 2:40 And the Child continued to grow and become strong, increasing in wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.

LUK 2:52 And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Election is closely related to logistics.

The cross was the ultimate in logistical support. Jesus Christ was sustained and kept alive until all sins could be borne by Him, HEB 9:14.

HEB 9:14 Through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God,

Point 4. The Election of Israel.

Israel became the first client nation in history in 1441 BC.

a. The United Kingdom, 1440-926 BC.
b. Two separate client nations of the Northern and Southern kingdoms, 926-721 BC.
c. The Southern Kingdom, 926-586 BC.
d. Judea, 516 BC-70 AD.

The function, the prosperity, and the perpetuation of the Jewish client nations always depended on the size of its mature believers, 1KI 19:18.

The election of Israel, as with all elections, applies only to those who have personally believed in Jesus Christ.

An election from God
+ a plan from God
= a destiny.

The election of Israel began a new racial species, beginning with Abraham at age ninety-nine. True Israel refers only to those who were born again, Rom 9-11.

Point 5. The Election of the Church.

Like the other two elections, the Church was elected to execute a plan, the PPOG.

After the first forty years of the Church-age, 30-70 AD, the Royal family of God provided spiritual champions or invisible heroes for all Gentile client nations.

The Church-age believer must not only understand his relationship to God, but his relationship to man and history as well.

1TH 1:4 Knowing, brethren, beloved of God, His election for you.

COL 3:12 As elected ones of God, holy and beloved, put on the affections of grace orientation.

2TI 1:9 “He has elected us into a holy station in life, not according to our works.”

ROM 8:33 “Who will bring any accusation against the elect of God, God is the one who justifies.”

TIT 1:1 Paul, a bond-servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, According to the doctrine of God’s elected ones, and the full knowledge of doctrine according to the norms of godliness.

“Holy” = both the absolute and relative concept of experiential sanctification.

Election does not have anything to do with God violating someone’s free will, election relates to the experiential part of God’s plan for our lives.

Holiness has to do with separation unto God and the execution of the PPOG. Absolute holiness describes the mandates related to the filling of the Spirit.

When the believer is inside the PPOG, the Holy Spirit controls his soul, and the old sin nature is restrained in his body.

The believer in cosmic one is said to be grieving the Spirit, EPH 4:30, because the old sin nature controls the soul, though still indwelling the body.

The issue is who controls the soul: the old sin nature or the Holy Spirit.

“Blameless before Him” = ultimate sanctification in the eternal state.

The temporal state is from the time of salvation through faith in Christ until either physical death or the rapture occurs.

The “temporal state” and your dedication on the PPOG determines whether you enter eternity abundantly or deficiently, rich or poor, winner or loser.

The conveyance of the wealth that God has elected you to receive means that you will be rich forever or
poor forever.

The phenomenal spiritual blessings which have been provided for every believer, which may include financial blessing depending on whether or not you have a capacity for it.

2CO 9:6 Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.

LUK 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you in a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, they [blessings] will pour into your lap. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.

PRO 11:24 One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

PRO 11:25 A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

Positive volition toward doctrine = rich in time, rich in eternity.

Negative volition toward doctrine = poor in time, poor in eternity.

The second state of the believer = the interim state, the in-between state. It is the state of the believer after physical death.

After physical death the believer is –
2CO 5:8 absent from the body and face to face with the Lord.

The “interim state” is a state of equality.

The eternal state begins with the resurrected body and the Rapture of the Church.

The “Judgment seat” of Christ in the eternal state determines and distinguishes between “rich and poor” and “winners and losers” in the spiritual realm.

As a part of election, God willed for you to be a winner and rich. However, you can reject that which God wills.

God’s desire is to bless you, and He has; however your desires can cause you to reject His blessings.

2PE 3:9 “The Lord is not willing for any to perish but for all to come to a change of mind [repentance].”

The only generation of “Church-age believers” which will skip the interim state is the Rapture generation.

Once the Rapture occurs and we all receive our resurrected bodies the distinctions exist again.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 4: THE CHURCH-AGE BELIEVER MUST UNDERSTAND HIS RELATIONSHIP TO GOD AND TO MAN AND HISTORY. PSA 149:4, EPH 1:5, COL 3:12-14, TIT 1:1, 2PE 1: 10-11, 2CO 9:6, LUK 6:38, PRO 11:24-25

The doctrine of Election, Part 4. The Church-Age believer must understand his relationship to God as well as his relationship to man and history.

Thursday, July 8, 2004

Point 5. The Election of the Church.

Like the other two elections, the election of Israel as a nation, and the election of TLJC for the incarnation, the Church was elected to execute a plan, the PPOG.

After the first forty years of the Church-age, between 30-70 AD, the Royal Family of God has provided invisible heroes for the Gentile client nations.

For any member of the human race, election to this privilege occurs experientially at salvation.

Under the principle of election, the Church-age believer must not only understand his relationship to God but also his relationship to man and history.

As a part of the doctrine of election and your relationship with God – you were designed for God’s pleasure,REV 4:11.

PSA 149:4 For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.

Bringing enjoyment to God, living for His pleasure, is the first purpose of your election.

Because of His love He made us His children through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, EPH 1:5.

He wants you to enjoy life, not just endure it.

“The Lord is pleased only with those who worship Him and trust His love,” PSA 147:11.

Worship is a universal urge, placed in the heart of man by God into the very fiber of man’s being, ECC 3:11.

JOH 4:23 But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.

Worship is a lifestyle.

Misconception: Worship is for our benefit.

Under the principle of election, the Church-age believer must not only understand his relationship to God but also his relationship to man and history.

1TH 1:4 Knowing, brethren, beloved of God, His election for you.

The importance of virtue-love as evidence that you have been elected, and the character and nature of Christ is being manifested alive in you by means of virtue-love.

COL 3:12 as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience = as elected ones of God, holy and beloved, put on the affections of grace orientation.

This election is a holy place in life to function under –
2TI 1:9 “He has elected us into a holy station in life, not according to our works.”

ROM 8:33 “Who will bring any accusation against the elect of God, God is the one who justifies.”

TIT 1:1 Paul, a bond-servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, According to the doctrine of God’s elected ones, and the full knowledge of doctrine according to the norms of living the spiritual life.

The believer in cosmic one is grieving the Spirit, EPH 4:30 because the old sin nature controls the soul, though still indwelling the body.

The believer in cosmic two is quenching the Spirit, because the old sin nature controls the soul through moral degeneracy.

The issue is who controls the soul: the old sin nature or the Holy Spirit.

“Blameless before Him” = ultimate sanctification in the eternal state.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 5: THE ELECTION OF THE CHURCH. COL 3:12-14, 2PE 1:10-11, 2CO 9:6, 2CO 5:8, 2PE 3:9, MAR 10:29-31, LUK 18:28-30, 2CO 6:10

The doctrine of Election, Part 5. The election of the Church.

Friday, July 9, 2004

Point 5. The Election of the Church.

Like the other two elections, the election of Israel as a nation, and the election of TLJC for the incarnation, the Church was elected to execute a plan, the PPOG.

Under the principle of election, the Church-age believer must not only understand his relationship to God, but also his relationship to man and history.

You were designed for God’s pleasure, REV 4:11.

Because of His love He made us His children through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, EPH 1:5.

Election is related to mankind in the sense that the character and nature of Christ is being manifested alive in you by means of virtue-love.

Election means we are responsible to preserve the client nation by advancing and becoming invisible heroes.

In terms of the phenomenal spiritual blessings which have been provided for every believer which may include financial blessing depending on whether or not you have a capacity for it.

2CO 9:6 Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.

LUK 6:38 “Give, and it will be given to you in a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, they [blessings] will pour into your lap. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.”

PRO 11:24 One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

PRO 11:25 A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

Giving graciously or sacrificially produces an attitude in the individual which allows God to pour out more blessing to the one who gives.

Positive volition toward doctrine = rich in time, rich in eternity.

Negative volition toward doctrine = poor in time, poor in eternity.

The second state of the believer = “the interim state” – the in-between state.

When you die you go to the interim state – no distinction is made between rich or poor, winner or loser.

Once the Rapture occurs and we all receive our resurrected bodies the distinctions exist again.

“Abundantly” – plousios = wealth and riches.
It means to yield something abundantly, to present in large quantity.

2PE 1:11 “for in this way an abundance.”

Epichoregeo – fut-pass-ind – “shall be supplied” = to furnish, to supply, to provide; to supply and furnish all that is needed to be successful.

Future tense = the Judgment Seat of Christ and the rewards awaiting there for those believers who are winners.

This is the final place where the conveyance of wealth and riches “exceeding abundantly above all we could ask or think,” EPH 3:20, are conveyed unto us.

The blessings in the eternal state are the continuation of blessings in time.

2CO 6:10 “We are as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing yet possessing all things.”

a. There are going to be rich and poor believers forever and ever and ever in the eternal state.

b. In the temporal state, the believer is either a winner or a loser, either rich or poor.

c. The conveyance of the wealth that God has elected you to receive in time means that you will be rich forever in eternity.

d. Winners will be spiritually rich in time and spiritually rich in eternity.

Giving graciously or sacrificially produces an attitude in the individual which allows God to pour more blessing to the one who gives.

e. God willed for you to be a winner and rich, however, you can reject that which God wills.

The doctrine of Election, Part 6. Tapping into the eternal riches that God elected you to receive.

Sunday, July 11, 2004

“Be all the more diligent or more motivated” - from your perception of doctrine and the ability to recognize your invisible assets and what you have been elected to receive.

Making your calling and election a spiritual reality comes through the perception of doctrine resulting in the fulfillment of the PPOG.

“You will never stumble [become a loser in cosmic system].”

This is at the Judgment Seat of Christ when you are in the state of ultimate sanctification in the resurrection body.

“Will be abundantly supplied to you [conveyance of the escrow blessings to winners in the eternal state].”

The Doctrine of Election.

You have been elected to an entitlement of privilege to have God’s highest and best.

Point 1. Definition. Election is the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and mankind lived on earth, to provide salvation and fantastic blessings to anyone whom the omniscience of God knew would respond to the Gospel.

Point 2. There are three elections in history.
a. Israel under the ritual plan of God.
b. Christ under the incarnation plan of God.
c. The Church under the pre-designed plan of God.

Point 3. The unique election of history: the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our election was to privilege and blessing, His election was to death and suffering, REV 13:8, ACT 2:22-23; 4:27-28.

Point 4. The Election of Israel.

Point 5. The Election of the Church.

You were designed for God’s pleasure, REV 4:11. You exist for His benefit, His glory, His purpose, and His delight (not yours).

Election is related to mankind in the sense that the character and nature of Christ is being manifested alive in you by means of virtue-love.

COL 3:12 And so, as those who have been elected of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion or the affections of grace-orientation, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience;

COL 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.

Election means we are responsible to preserve the client nation by advancing and becoming invisible heroes,
MAT 5:13-14.

There is a means of tapping into the eternal riches that God elected you to receive.

Positive volition toward doctrine = rich in time, rich in eternity.
Negative volition toward doctrine = poor in time, poor in eternity.

True love, peace, contentment, inner happiness, confidence, security, courage, freedom, and abundant life.

ECC 5:10 He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance {with its} income. This too is vanity.

PRO 10:22 It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich,

PRO 28:20 A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who makes haste to be rich will not go unpunished.

PRO 30:7-9 Two things I asked of Thee, Keep deception and lies far from me, Give me neither poverty nor riches; Feed me with the food that is my portion, Lest I be rich and deny Thee and say, “Who is the Lord?”

PRO 11:28 He who trusts in his riches will fall.

Loving money and wealth can lead you to rest on unstable foundations, PRO 23:4-5, Do not weary yourself to gain wealth, Cease from your consideration of it. When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings, Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.

The love of money can make you proud -
PRO 28:11 The rich man is wise in his own eyes.

The love of money can even cause you to rob God, MAL 3:8-10.

ECC 5:11 When good things increase, those who consume them increase [the more you have, the more you spend]. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look on or look at it [the money, the wealth, the prosperity]?

ECC 5:11 The more you have, the more you spend, right up to the limits of your income. So what is the advantage of wealth - except perhaps to watch it as it runs through your fingers!

Epichoregeo - fut-pass-ind - “shall be supplied” = to furnish, to supply, to provide all that is needed to be a winner forever in the eternal state.

The blessings in the eternal state are the continuation of blessings in time.

2CO 6:10 We are as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing yet possessing all things.

a. There are going to be rich and poor believers forever and ever and ever in the eternal state.

b. In the temporal state, the believer is either a winner or a loser, either rich or poor.

c. The conveyance of the wealth that God has elected you to receive in time means that you will be rich forever in eternity.

d. Winners will be spiritually rich in time and spiritually rich in eternity.

e. God willed for you to be a winner and rich, however, you can reject that which God wills.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 7: SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN TIME GO TO THE RICH AND THE POOR. 2PE 3:9, EPH 3:20, 1CO 15:33-34, PRO 10:22, ACT 5:29, LUK 9:23-26

The doctrine of Election, Part 7. Spiritual blessings in time go to the rich and poor.

Wednesday, July 14, 2004

Point 5. The Election of the Church.

True love, peace, contentment, inner happiness, confidence, security, courage, freedom, and abundant life.

e. God willed for you to be a winner and rich; however, you can reject that which God wills.

2PE 3:9 “The Lord is not willing for any to perish but for all to come to a change of mind [repentance].”

Human volition can and does reject the saving work of Christ and the blessings and privileges God elected all believers to have in time and in the eternal state.

If you do not receive blessings in time, that is an indication that there will be no blessing in the eternal state or no abundance being supplied for you at the entrance into the eternal kingdom.

In time, “spiritual capacity or maturity” is needed to taste or relish these blessings.

The second conveyance occurs at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Crowns, decorations, rewards, and privileges – those descriptions do not even begin to describe the fantastic things that God has elected every single one of us to have, 1CO 2:9; EPH 3:20.

Because all of us have a free-will, there are differences among believers in time and there will be even greater differences among believers in eternity, in heaven forever and ever.

The command to stop sinning is not a reference to sinless perfection, but a reference to the fact that when believers lack knowledge it is a shame and sinful.

2TI 2:15 “Study to present yourself approved by God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed [at the Judgment Seat of Christ], handling accurately the word of truth.”

The issue that everyone of us must face is whether or not we are going to be rich or poor in time and whether or not we are going to be rich or poor in eternity.

1SA 2:7 “The Lord makes poor and rich.”

PRO 10:22 “It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich,”

2CO 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

Shame for the believer, the embarrassment of failure to fulfill God’s plan under the principle of equal privilege and equal opportunity and spiritual freedom.

JOH 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.”

LUK 14:26 “If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate [love less] his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple.”

JOH 12:43 for they loved the approval of men rather than the approval of God.

ACT 5:29 “We must obey God rather than men.”

Adam was cursed because he let his wife manipulate him into a spiritual decision, GEN 3:17.

He was cursed when he allowed his wife to manipulate him into making a spiritual decision that he knew he should not have made, 1TI 2:14.

Saul was cursed when he allowed the people to manipulate him and violate God’s word, 1SA 15:11.

ACT 4:19 “Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge;”

The loss of rewards will be a sign that you were a “loser in time.”

Spiritual blessings in time go to the rich and poor.

As far as the eternal state is concerned, it is a disgrace for any believer to be poor in his resurrected body.

He is not in the lake of fire where he would be screaming forever and ever.
He is not in the lake of fire, as a place of torment, LUK 16:28.
He is not in the lake of fire where desire is never met, LUK 16:24.
He is not in the lake of fire where there is unspeakable misery indicated by the term, “everlasting fire,”
MAT 25:41.

He is not in the lake of fire where the conscience never dies and the fire is never quenched,
MAR 9:44.
He is not in the lake of fire which burns with fire and brimstone, REV 21:8.

A bottomless pit, REV 9:2,
Outer darkness, MAT 8:12
Fire unquenchable,
LUK 3:17
Furnace of fire, MAT 13:42
Blackness of darkness,
Jud 13.

MAR 9:49 “For everyone will be salted with fire.”
REV 14:11 “the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever and they have no rest day or night.

Point 6. Election and the Believer’s Escrow Account.

a. An escrow is a written agreement entered into by three parties: the obligor, the obligee, and the depositary, for the transfer of certain privileges or benefits.

The obligor is the one who places himself or binds himself under legal obligation.

a. An escrow is a written agreement entered into by three parties: the obligor, the obligee, and the depositary, for the transfer of certain benefits.

The second party is the obligee. The obligee is every believer.
The obligee is the one to whom the obligor is obligated.

God the Father is obligated to bless every believer who uses His invisible grace assets to advance to spiritual maturity.

You have the same privilege and the same opportunity under the doctrine of election of receiving your escrow blessings for time and eternity at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

The third party is the depositary – the person to whom all the deposits are entrusted. The depositary is our Lord Jesus Christ in whom the blessings were deposited, in eternity past.

a. An escrow is a written agreement entered into by three parties: the obligor, the obligee, and the depositary, for the transfer of certain benefits.

b. A sealed agreement of the obligor (generally accompanied by the deed, bond, or possessions to be conveyed) which is made contingent on some future happening or performance of some action by the obligee, and is delivered to the depositary and held by him pending the occurrence of that event or the performance of the required act by the obligee.

There is a sealed agreement from the parents, contingent on some future happening, (graduation from college), by the obligee (the child), and is delivered to the depositary, (the lawyer), and held by him pending the occurrence of that event or the performance of the required act by the obligee (child).

c. When the event has taken place or the obligee has performed the specified act or fulfilled the conditions attached to the escrow, the depositary delivers to him the agreement and the wealth which was promised.

d. The depositary or custodian is allowed no discretion, but must follow strictly the terms of the agreement as it concerns the other two parties.

In the spiritual realm or the escrow account for the believer, the obligor is God the Father, who has placed Himself under legal obligation in eternity past to provide two categories of special and unusual blessings, temporal and eternal, for the obligee, the believer who fulfills the PPOG.

The depositary or custodian is God the Son.
In eternity past, both categories of blessings were deposited with our Lord Jesus Christ in escrow, pending the obligee’s future advance to spiritual maturity inside the PPOG.

The obligee is the Church-age believer. Under the PPOG and the sovereign will of God, expressed in the doctrine of election, the Church-age believer is obligated to fulfill the contingency prior to the transfer of blessings from escrow.

The escrow of blessing was transferred in eternity past by the obligor, God the Father, and delivered to the depositary, Jesus Christ, pending the performance of the obligee, the Church-age believer in the PPOG.

Temporal blessings on deposit are transferred to the believer when he fulfills the PPOG in time, not to be confused with logistical grace blessings given to all believers, MAR 10:29-31,
LUK 18:28-30.

Eternal blessings are transferred to the mature believer after the Rapture at the Judgment Seat of Christ, where the winner is awarded special rewards, 2CO 5:10.

God created the blessings, even before He expressed His sovereign will in election and before He designed the PPOG in predestination, EPH 1:3.

Justification is the mechanics for the transfer of temporal blessings; glorification is the mechanics for the transfer of eternal blessings,
ROM 8:30.

Blessed – eulogetos – Eu*loghtoV” – “worthy of praise and glorification” = appreciating God the Father for His fantastic plan that staggers the imagination.

Under the principle of election, God the Father is the author of the divine plan which reveals the fantastic things that He has prepared for those who love Him.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 9: AS THE AUTHOR OF THE DIVINE PLAN, GOD THE FA- THER IS THE AUTHOR OF ALL WORSHIP, PRAISE, AND HONOR. 1PE 1:3-4; EPH 1:3-4; ACT 20:32-35; PRO 8:18, 23:6

Point 6. Election and the Believer’s Escrow Account.

a. A written agreement entered into by three parties: the obligor, the obligee, and the depositary, for the transfer of certain privileges or benefits.

b. A sealed agreement of the obligor (generally accompanied by the deed, bond, or possessions to be conveyed) which is made contingent on some future happening or performance of some action by the obligee, and is delivered to the depositary and held by him pending the occurrence of that event or the performance of the required act by the obligee.

“Has blessed us” –
aor-act-part – eulogesas – eu*loghvsa” = “having already blessed.”

In a sentence, whenever you have more than one verb, the action of the aorist participles in that sentence precede or come before the action of the main verb.

The tense of the verb indicates not only the time frame in which an action takes place, but primarily describes the kind of action performed –
the present tense, aorist tense, perfect tense.

The voice describes the relationship of the subject to the action.
Active voice, middle voice, passive voice:

The mood is a unique characteristic that describes the relationship of the verb action to reality.
Indicative mood, subjunctive mood, optative mood, imperative mood.

“Has blessed us” –
aor-act-part – eulogesas – eu*loghvsa” = “having already blessed.”
“Chose us” – aor-mid-ind – exelexato – e*xelevxato = to elect to privilege.

God decided to provide His highest and best for “anyone” who would believe upon TLJC and would come under the principle of election.

The term “spiritual” blessings is used because God is the source, not because they are necessarily “spiritual” in nature, for they also include temporal blessings.

God the Father is the one who blessed us and elected us and is the provider of these fantastic blessings that we have been elected to receive.

God the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ is the one to whom these blessings were deposited in.

We, Church-age believers, are the beneficiaries of these blessings as stated by the word “us” = every believer in union with Christ as Royal Family of God.

God is blessed by giving to us.

The fantastic blessings and the invisible assets which God the Father has provided for each member of the Royal Family of God before creation are a part of election.

“Election does not mean that God violates your free will, rather, election means that God wants to bless you.”

In eternity past, the blessings deposited in escrow were made contingent on the future performance of the obligee.

Spiritual maturity is the attainment of the believer who has P.V.T.D.

When the obligee, through residence in the PPOG, under the enabling power of the H.S. and momentum from metabolized doctrine, attains spiritual maturity, he receives the first installment of blessings from the depositary, TLJC.
The second installment is conveyed to him at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Point 6. Election and the Believer’s Escrow Account.

1PE 1:3, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1PE 1:4 to {obtain} an inheritance {which is} imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,

REV 21:7 “To the winner believer, he shall inherit these things [all the divine privileges and blessings mentioned in the book of Revelation], and I will be his God and he will be My son.”

a. A written agreement entered into by three parties: the obligor, the obligee, and the depositary, for the transfer of certain privileges or benefits.

It was written in heaven before the foundation of the world, REV 13:8; REV 17:8.

The third party is the depositary – the person to whom all the deposits are entrusted.

b. A sealed agreement of the obligor, made contingent on some future happening or performance of some action by the obligee, and delivered to the depositary and held by him pending the occurrence of that event or the performance of the required act by the obligee.

In the spiritual realm or the escrow account for the believer, the obligor is God the Father, who has placed Himself under legal obligation in eternity past to provide two categories of special and unusual blessings, temporal and eternal, for the obligee, the believer who fulfills the PPOG.

As the author of the divine plan, God the Father is to be the recipient of all worship, praise, honor, and adoration.

“Has blessed us” –
aor-act-part – eulogeo = “having already blessed.”
“Chose us” – aor-mid-ind – eklego = to elect us to privilege.

He decreed to provide a portfolio of invisible assets for every believer by depositing in escrow greater blessings for time and eternity for every believer before the believer was even elected.

God derives pleasure and is blessed by giving to us –
ACT 20:35 In everything I showed you that by working hard in this manner you must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Your advance to spiritual maturity in the PPOG is the contingent for the transfer of your blessings out of escrow to you.

Eph 1 – the first thing God ever did for us is the means of glorifying Him, which is to receive the blessings He has provided for us.

Spiritual blessing means maximum awareness of life.

Adversity is when a person really becomes acquainted with themselves.
Adversity makes men, and prosperity makes monsters.

Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.

You really do not know your own strength until you meet adversity.

This zest for life excludes being depressed or upset by the up’s and down’s of life.

Spiritual blessing = orientation to reality, a maximum amount of objectivity in your life, and the accumulation of all the characteristics of spiritual adulthood.

Spiritual blessing = orientation to reality, a maximum amount of objectivity in your life, and the accumulation of all the characteristics of spiritual adulthood.

JOB 19:21 “Pity me, pity me, O you my friends, For the hand of God has struck me.”

Spiritual blessing = maximum contentment, tranquility, and happiness in life regardless of your station, circumstances, or status quo in life.

The secret of contentment is knowing how to enjoy what you have.

Spiritual blessing = maximum use of the problem solving devices provided by God for spiritual growth.
In a moment’s time, you can use; rebound, the F/O H.S., the faith-rest life, grace orientation, doctrinal orientation, a personal sense of destiny, personal love for God the Father, impersonal unconditional love for all mankind, contentment and H+, the ultimate – occupation with TLJC.

Spiritual blessing = your relationship with God is fantastic and is based upon a tremendous confidence that, while you have never seen God, you know Him and understand Him as He wants to be understood through the mystery doctrine for the Church-age.

Spiritual blessing = you will also be blessed in your contacts with all kinds of people, both loving and antagonistic.

You have a relationship with self that is honest and virtuous –
1CO 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am.

GEN 12:2 – blessings of success
GEN 17:16 – blessings of posterity
DEU 7:13 – blessings in business
DEU 15:4 – blessing of finances
DEU 23:20 – blessing of land
DEU 28:12 – blessing of prosperity

The doctrine of Election, Part 11. The spiritual and temporal blessings for the Church-age believer.

Wednesday, July 21, 2004

Point 6. Election and the Believer’s Escrow Account.

EPH 1:3 Worthy of praise and glorification be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

These blessings which we have been elected to receive, have come from the work of God the Father on behalf of the believer in eternity past.

God derives pleasure and is blessed by giving to us, ACT 20:35.

He created everything, and it is for His pleasure that they exist and were created, REV 4:11.

In eternity past, the blessings deposited in escrow were made contingent on the future performance of the obligee.

Eph 1 – the first thing God ever did for us is the means of glorifying Him, which is to receive the blessings He has provided for us.

Spiritual blessing = maximum awareness of life; you are very much alive and you treasure every moment of life, whether in adversity or prosperity.

Spiritual blessing = orientation to reality, a maximum amount of objectivity in your life, and the accumulation of all the characteristics of spiritual adulthood.

Spiritual blessing = maximum contentment, tranquility, and happiness in life regardless of your station, circumstances, or status quo in life, HEB 13:5-6.

Spiritual blessing = your relationship with God is fantastic and is based upon a tremendous confidence that, while you have never seen God, you know Him and understand Him as He wants to be understood through the mystery doctrine for the Church-age, 1PE 1:3-8.

Spiritual blessing = you will also be blessed in your contacts with all kinds of people, both loving and antagonistic.

Spiritual blessing = you have a relationship with self that is honest and virtuous –
1CO 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am.

Establishment blessing = privacy and freedom; the enjoyment of both life and property; protection from crime, reprisal, violence, and vindictiveness from others.

Professional blessing is maximum success or efficiency in a profession, whether law, medicine, engineering, science, military, teaching, law enforcement, athletics, art, music, literature, etc.

COL 3:23-24 Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men; knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.

Business blessing, where applicable, means success in business as an owner or an executive of a large corporation; or where pertinent, success as a salesman, administrator, laborer, etc.

Social blessing is the possession of loving, faithful, reliable, and stable friends, and maximum enjoyment of your relationships with them.

Romantic blessing can mean a wonderful relationship with a member of the opposite sex where happiness replaces sinfulness.

Romantic prosperity is perpetuated under all circumstances of adversity and prosperity.

Mental blessing is the ability to concentrate; to organize both your thinking and your life; to synthesize, analyze; and to have courage – the ability to think under pressure.

Mental prosperity = freedom from the mental sins of fear, worry, and anxiety.

The doctrine of Election, Part 12. The principles of selection and election.

Thursday, July 22, 2004

Point 7. Selection and Election.

At the point of physical birth, you come under the concept of selection not election.

EZE 18:4 Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine.

NUM 16:22 “The God of the spirits of all flesh,”

Since God knew in eternity past that you were going to be a member of the human race, and He also knew simultaneously in His omniscience that you would believe in Jesus Christ, God selected you before He elected you.

Selection is a technical term related to the divine imputation of human life at the point of physical birth.

At the moment of physical birth, God imputes human life to the format soul, at which point the individual becomes alive.

Life has meaning, purpose, and definition for everyone, regardless of environment or circumstances, historical prosperity or historical adversity.

Simultaneously, at the point of your physical birth, Adam’s original sin was imputed to the genetically-formed old sin nature resulting in spiritual death.

Our personal sins were never imputed to us for judgment.
Instead, they were collected and imputed to Christ on the cross.

Selection is the sovereign decision to impute human life at the point of physical birth.

Election is a term relating to the spiritual birth or regeneration.

Regeneration is the ministry of God the Holy Spirit in creating the human spirit for the imputation of eternal life at the point of salvation.

The very fact that when a person is born he receives the imputation of human life from God, means God selected you as category homo sapien, or human being, a rational creature, when He imputed life to you.

1TI 2:4 He desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Selection occurs when the sovereignty of God imputes human life to the soul at birth.

Election becomes a reality when any person believes in Christ for salvation.

At the moment you receive the imputation of eternal life, you also receive your invisible assets, such as election and predestination.

The fact that any person is born again through faith in Christ when he might have been forever under condemnation is the motivational challenge of election which follows selection.

The fact that selection at birth and election at regeneration occur for every believer opens the door for the greatest opportunity ever extended to the human race – for invisible but real historical impact, and blessing by association.

Potentially, your influence, while invisible, is far, far greater than any success factor in history.

This opportunity is described by two words: election and predestination.

He provided it knowing that you would have an old sin nature, knowing its every manifestation and your every failure. Yet He still selected us at birth and He still gave us election at regeneration.

Your first clue to this grace process is the sole requirement of non-meritorious faith in Christ for salvation.

COL 2:6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,

In salvation, faith in Christ attributes all the merit to Christ.

None of us earn or deserve our invisible assets.

There is no such thing as a handicap, whether environmental, volitional, or genetic; you have the same privileges and opportunities as every other believer, for you are royal family of God.

The only distinguishing factor among believers in the royal family of God is the personnel assets – different talents, different treasures, and a different spiritual gift.

We all have the same amount of time and can serve God in any realm when we do what we do as –
ECC 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, verily, do {it} with all your might;

COL 3:23-24 Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men; knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.

EPH 6:6-7 not by way of eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart. With good will render service, as to the Lord, and not to men,

“Spirit of God” = “ruach El”
Hebrew ruach = Greek pneuma.
It means breath, spirit, life, and lifestyle.

GEN 2:7 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

This statement by Job is after the fall of man in the Garden and states the principle of the origin of human life, which is from God.

ISA 44:2 “Thus says the Lord who created you, who formed you outside [separated from] the womb.”
“From the womb” – prepositional phrase – mi beten = separated from the womb, or out from the womb.

ECC 12:7 “Then the dust [biological life] will return to the earth as it was, and the breath [ruach, soul life] will return to God who gave it.”

Because of the character and nature of God and the imputation of sin at birth, God must provide salvation for everyone to whom He gives soul life at birth.

ISA 44:24 Thus says the Lord [Jehovah], your redeemer, the One who formed you from the womb [not in the womb but outside the womb], “I, the Lord, am the maker of all things,”

When a woman becomes pregnant and has a fetus inside of her body that is biological life.

The real you is not the body that came forth from the sperm and the woman’s ovum – the real you is the soul.

Job recognized, JOB 33:4, that there is no soul life in the womb but that God is the one that made him a human being by giving him the breath of Life.

Biological life continues as the home for the soul.

The cord takes the biological life of the mother and keeps the biological life of the fetus going.

ECC 12:7 “Then the dust [biological life] will return to the earth as it was, and the breath [ruach, soul life] will return to God who gave it.”

GEN 2:7 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

God’s creation of life, of soul life, occurs at birth – under the principle of selection.

Man is the source of biological life and he is also the source of the sin nature.

DEU 32:4 The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness and without injustice, Righteous and upright is He.

Point 7. Selection and Election.

At the point of physical birth, you come under the concept of selection not election.

Selection is a technical term related to the divine imputation of human life at the point of physical birth.

MAT 19:4 “Have you not read, that He who created {them} from the beginning made them male and female,”

At the moment of physical birth, God imputes human life to the format soul, at which point the individual becomes alive – that is selection.

GAL 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all equal in Christ Jesus.

Selection is the sovereign decision to impute human life at the point of physical birth.
Election is a term relating to the spiritual birth or regeneration.

Selection occurs when the sovereignty of God imputes human life to the soul at birth.
Election becomes a reality when any person believes in Christ for salvation.

This opportunity is described by two words: election and predestination.

He provided it knowing that you would have an old sin nature, knowing its every manifestation and your every failure. Yet He still selected us at birth and He still gave us election at regeneration.

At salvation you were saved by grace through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God not as a result of works, that no one should boast, EPH 2:8-9.

After salvation, the same policy applies – all grace through faith; not of yourselves, it is the gift of God not as a result of works, that anyone should boast –
COL 2:6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,

In salvation, faith in Christ attributes all the merit to Christ.
You are not saved by anything you can think, say, or do.
After salvation, none of us earn or deserve our invisible assets.

There is no such thing as a handicap, whether environmental, volitional, or genetic; you have the same privileges and opportunities as every other believer, for you are royal family of God.

The only distinguishing factor among believers in the royal family of God is the personnel assets – different talents, different amount of treasures, and a different spiritual gift.

When it comes to time, we all have the same amount of time and can serve God in any realm when we do what we do as –
ECC 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, verily, do {it} with all your might;

Job does not say that copulation between the male and female gave him life.

ISA 44:2 “Thus says the Lord who created you, who formed you outside [separated from] the womb.”
“From the womb” – prepositional phrase – mi beten = separated from the womb, or out from the womb.

The real you is not the body that came forth from the male sperm and the female’s ovum – the real you is the soul.

“It is the spirit or the ruach, the breath of God that has made me, and the spark of life from the Almighty gives me life.”

Job recognized, JOB 33:4, that there is no soul life in the womb, but God is the one that made him a human being by giving him the breath of Life.

Biological life continues as the home for the soul.

The cord actually takes the biological life of the mother and keeps the biological life of the fetus going.

ECC 12:7 Then the dust [biological life] will return to the earth as it was, and the breath [ruach, soul life] will return to God who gave it.

It is important to note where soul life really comes from and how God selected you and imputed your soul to your body, and therefore God selected your race, your gender, your parents, your environment, etc.

DEU 32:4 The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness and without injustice, Righteous and upright is He.

God did not make your human body but He did make the elements that the human body, biological life, is made from.

JER 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

In verses 4 and 5, he calls the miscarriage an “it.”

NIV –
MAT 1:20 …because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

“That” or “what” =
definite article “to” – neuter gender not masculine; it cannot and does not refer to a person; translated correctly “the thing.”

Offspring – “to” – neuter gender not masculine; it cannot and does not refer to a person!

LUK 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. (KJV)

Governments administer law to the living, not where life does not exist. Government has no jurisprudence over the content of the womb.

Biological life in the womb is under the control of the volition of the mother.

Once human life is imputed by God, then biological life is under the control of what the soul decides.

Capital punishment is appropriate for murder, GEN 9:5-6; EXO 21:12; NUM 35:30; MAT 26:53; ROM 13:3-4.

Biological life minus soul life is not a human being.

The content of the womb is not regarded as human life.

Job describes the limits of life: out from the womb and to the tomb.

The limits of human life are from birth to death.

At birth, God creates soul life and imputes it to biological life.

At death, God removes soul life from biological life, and for the believer, takes that soul life to heaven.

Job could not die before birth, because he was not a human being prior to birth.

If he had died at birth, out from the womb, he would have been with those who had died before him.

It is not surprising that the Bible emphasizes human experience as existing between birth and death, not conception and death.

PSA 58:3 “The wicked are estranged outside the womb [me rechem]; those who speak lies go astray outside the womb [mi beten].”

ECC 3:2 There is a time to be born, and a time to die;

Election is the sovereign decision of God to impute eternal life at the point of your spiritual birth.

So is everyone who is born of the Spirit, it is the action of God in the souls of men.

False doctrine, doctrine of demons, 1TI 4:1.

If there is life in the womb at eight months and 15 days, what is the difference between a child eight months and 15 days old and a child nine months old?
Why would God call the child from birth, but not call the child in the womb, when if the fetus was a person, he would have just as much intellect at birth that he would have in the womb?

The doctrine of Election, Part 16. In the divine decree is a pre-creation record of each of our lives.

Thursday, July 29, 2004

The Doctrine of Election. Point 1. Definition.
Election is the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and before mankind lived on the earth.

Point 2. Three Elections in History.
a. Israel under the ritual plan of God.
b. Christ under the incarnation plan of God.
c. The Church under the pre-designed plan of God.

Point 3. The unique election of history: the Lord Jesus Christ.
Point 4. The Election of Israel.
Point 5. The Election of the Church.
Point 6. Election and the Believer’s Escrow Account.
Point 7. Selection and Election.

Point 8. Election and the Sovereignty of God with the Free Will of Man.

The angelic conflict is the result of prehistoric creatures being in opposition to God, which began with the fall of Satan and continued until all angelic creatures had made a decision for or against God.

It refers to two trials of Satan and the fallen angels, one in prehistoric times, the other during human history.

God manufactured free will in both angelic creatures and in mankind and then He programmed the divine decrees just exactly how each free will would function.

The decrees of God are His eternal and immutable will regarding the future existence of all events which will happen in time and the precise manner and order of their occurrence.

Decrees = the eternal plan by which God has rendered certain all of the events of the universe (angelic history, human history) past, present, and future.

That one decision was to provide for you your very own election related to His plan for your life, and to provide for you your very own predestination related to His plan for your life.

In the divine decree is a precreation record of each one of our lives, and it reads either winner or loser, depending upon your decisions.

Everything you think, why you think it, and the environment in which you think it, was all known to God in eternity past.

God is perfect and therefore He gave you life at the exact time that He knew would be the best time and environment for you personally.

Everything you think, why you think it, and even the environment in which you think it, was all known to God in eternity past.

The distinction between the winner and the loser is in the divine decree but never in the sovereignty of God.

In human history, the sovereignty of God and the free will of man coexist by divine decree.

The spiritually rich are those winners in the PPOG who receive the transfer of their blessings from the escrow.

The spiritually poor are losers in the cosmic system who are still supported by God’s logistical grace.

The spiritually poor cannot lose their salvation and will receive their resurrection body at the Rapture, but they will receive no escrow blessings at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Their first loss is in time. Though they had equal privilege and opportunity at salvation, they failed to fulfill the PPOG. They are a double loser because, as a result, they do not receive their eternal escrow blessings as well.

Losers are under divine discipline in life –
1CO 16:22 If anyone does not personally love the Lord, let him be accursed. Maranatha.

Pres-act-ind – phileo =
to fall personally in love with TLJC.

Although their names are still recorded in the Lamb’s book of life, losers are omitted from the honor’s list in eternity.

Name – “onoma” = fame, reputation, or title.

2Jo 8-9 look out for yourselves that you may not lose your momentum which you have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. No one has fellowship with God who keeps advancing out of bounds and does not remain on the playing field through the doctrine of Christ.

God the Father as the Grantor deposited into escrow greater blessings for time and eternity. When we meet the conditions of the escrow (reaching spiritual maturity), then our Lord conveys these blessings for time to us.

At the Judgment Seat of Christ, He conveys greater blessings for the eternal state to the winner. For the loser, these blessings remain on deposit forever as a memorial to lost equal opportunity to execute the PPOG.

THE DOCTRINE OF ELECTION, PART 17: THE FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S PRE-DESIGNED PLAN LEADS TO A RICH ENTRANCE INTO THE ETERNAL KINGDOM. REV 3:5, 22:12; 1CO 3:1-3; JAM 4:4; JAM 1:23-24, 4:8; GAL 5:1-4

The doctrine of Election, Part 17. The fulfillment of the predesigned plan of God in time leads to a rich entrance into the eternal kingdom.

Point 8. Election and the Sovereignty of God with the Free Will of Man.

In the divine decrees there is a precreation record of each one of our lives, and it reads either winner or loser, depending upon your decisions.

The sovereignty of God willed for you to be a winner but you can reject His will.

Their first loss is in time. Though they had equal privilege and opportunity at salvation, they failed to fulfill the PPOG.

They are a double loser because, as a result, they do not receive their eternal escrow blessings as well.

Name – “onoma” = fame, reputation, or title – a reference to the loser believer having the title he was elected to have, erased because of his negative decisions in time.

The Christian loser is defined as the Church-age believer in Jesus Christ who, through negative volition toward Bible doctrine, has failed to execute the PPOG for the Church-age.

The loser does not lose his salvation; he only loses his escrow blessings for time and eternity, 1CO 3:11-15.

The Christian loser fails to use the two power options (the filling of the Spirit and metabolization of doctrine) that have been made available.

The loser is the believer in Jesus Christ who has wrong priorities and spends his life in the cosmic system.

The loser has a right pastor, but because of cosmic involvement, he never sees his right pastor, or he only visits occasionally.

In many cases, the loser finds his right pastor but rejects him. Or the loser finds his right pastor and accepts him until he is distracted. Rejection of one’s right pastor is tantamount to rejection of the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.

Instead of becoming an invisible hero, the loser is bored, dissatisfied, preoccupied with self, arrogant, frustrated, distracted, unstable, and unable to utilize the ten problem-solving devices.

1. The carnal believer, ROM 8:7; 1CO 3:1-3.

2. Prisoner to the law of sin –
ROM 7:23 but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members.

3. A wretched believer –
ROM 7:24 Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?

4. Grieving the Holy Spirit, EPH 4:30.
5. Quenching the Spirit, 1TH 5:19.
6. The enemy of the Cross, PHI 3:18.
