Paul wrote this in AD 57.

The unbelieving Jews suffer from hardness of the heart and scar tissue of the soul because they have rejected TLJC as Messiah.

“Were hardened” -
aor-pass-ind - poroo = to become hardened or to become callous, to make the heart dull.

MAT 13:15 For the heart of this people has become dull, And with their ears they scarcely hear, And they have closed their eyes Lest they should see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart and return, And I should heal them.

Removed - pres-pass-ind - katageo = to have something removed or abolished, to put an end to something.

The veil is the scar tissue on the soul of the Jewish unbeliever.

GAL 2:16 Nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.

Adonai Elohenu Adonai echard - “the Lord is our God, the Lord is one.”

EXO 12:7 Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the top of the door frame of the houses in which they eat it.

1CO 5:7 “For Christ our passover also has been sacrificed.”
NUM 21:9 And Moses made a bronze serpent and set in on the standard; and it came about, that if a serpent bit any man, when he looked to the bronze serpent, he lived.

JOH 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up.

JOH 12:32 “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself.”

HEB 12:2 Look unto Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

He realizes now that the veil has been removed that throughout the gospels he is told that they nailed His hands and feet to the cross, MAT 27:31, MAR 15:24.

MAT 27:35 And when they had crucified Him, they divided up His garments among themselves, casting lots;

2CO 3:18 - for the Church-age believer, the veil of religion and legalism is removed when he understands the doctrine of the indwelling of Jesus Christ.

JOH 19:34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately there came out blood and water
JOH 19:36 For these things came to pass, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, “not a bone of Him shall be broken.”

MAR 14:57 And some stood up and began to give false testimony against Him, saying, We heard Him say, “I will destroy this temple made with hands, and in three days I will build another made without hands.”

LUK 22:47-48 While He was still speaking, behold, a multitude came, and the one called Judas, one of the twelve, was preceding them; and he approached Jesus to kiss Him, But Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?”

MAT 27:34 They gave Him wine to drink mingled with gall; and after tasting it, He was unwilling to drink.
ISA 50:6 “I gave My back to those who strike Me, and My cheeks to those who pluck out the beard; I did not cover My face from humiliation and spitting.”

ISA 53:7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He did not open His mouth; like a lamb that is led to slaughter, and like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, so He did not open His mouth.
MAR 15:4-5 And Pilate was questioning Him again, saying, “Do You make no answer? See how many charges they bring against You!” But Jesus made no further answer;

ISA 53:12 “And He was numbered with the transgressors; yet He Himself bore the sin of many, and interceded for the transgressors.”
LUK 23:33-34 “And when they came to the place called the skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left.” But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves.”

ZEC 12:10 They will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him, like the bitter weeping over a first-born.
JOH 19:34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately there came out blood and water.

ZEC 13:6 And one will say to Him, “What are these wounds between Your arms?” Then He will say, “Those with which I was wounded in the house of My friends.”
JOH 20:27 Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand, and put it into My side; and be not unbelieving, but believing.”

Turns - aor-act-subj - epistrepho = to turn with the result of converting, here it is equivalent to faith in Christ.

Lord - kurios = a reference to deity; here it refers to God the Holy Spirit.
“Is” - pres-act-ind - eimi = He “keeps on being” the Spirit.

TIT 2:11-12 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age,

The Spirit of the Lord indwells the body of every believer and the Spirit of the Lord gives liberty only when He controls the soul of the believer.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty,” = life in God’s predesigned plan.

An ellipsis is the omission of one or more words to emphasize the quality of what is being said.

Eleutheria = true freedom and liberty.

1. Establishment freedom for the entire human race inside a national entity.
2. Spiritual freedom only exists in one place, inside the divine plan of God.

JOH 8:32 “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
GAL 5:1 It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

But - post positive particle de = used as a contrast between the unbelieving Jew who has a veil over his mind and the one who believes in Christ and has the veil removed.

The unveiled face is in contrast to the Jewish unbeliever whose mind is veiled when he reads the word of God.

The veiled face of the unbeliever is ignorance of Bible doctrine.
The unveiled face is cognizance of Bible doctrine.

The unveiled face refers to the believer who is living in God’s plan, filled with the Spirit, perceiving and metabolizing Bible doctrine.

The unveiled face = to understand our status quo and the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.

The unveiled face = to understand all of those things related to our equal privilege and equal opportunity under the divine plan of God.

Beholding - pres-mid-part - katoptrizo = to look into a mirror to produce a reflection.

When we look into the mirror of the word of God we see the reflection of ourselves as we are in Christ as well as the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.

Middle voice = the subject, the positive believer, acts with a view toward participating in the outcome of the action.
The subject does something for himself by means of someone else.
Participle - circumstantial participle used to indicate an action which accompanies the action of the main verb = “we are being transformed.”

The glory or the doxza is the Shekinah glory, our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty” = life in God’s predesigned plan.

The believer who lives in God’s plan and has his momentum from metabolized doctrine has an unveiled face.

Most believers today still have a veil over their face because they have no idea about the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.

When we look into the mirror of the word of God we see the reflection of ourselves as we are in Christ as well as the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.

If I don’t understand the glory of the Lord I can’t be changed.

The glory or the doxan - dovxan = the Shekinah glory, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord - possesive genitive - kuriou - kurivou = God the Son.

The glory of the Lord can be seen through Bible doctrine which results in occupation with the person of Christ.

The believer who is persistent in living in God’s plan, and is persistent in the perception of Bible doctrine comes to a knowledge of the indwelling of Christ as the Shekinah glory.

The Jews profited from understanding that which they could not see.

They could not see Jesus Christ in the Old Testament dwelling between the cherubs, but they knew He was there from the cloud overshadowing the tabernacle.

Understanding the indwelling of the Shekinah glory makes it possible for the believer to be transformed into the same image.

Beholding the Shekinah glory will lead us to Christ being formed in us, GAL 4:19.

Beholding the Shekinah glory will lead to Christ being at home in our hearts, EPH 3:16-17.

Beholding the Shekinah glory will lead us to Christ being glorified in our body, PHI 1:20-21.

PHI 1:20-21 On the basis of my intense concentration and confident expectation [a personal sense of destiny]that I shall not be put to shame in anything, but with all confidence, Christ shall even now [in time] as always[in eternity] be glorified in my body, whether by life or by death. For me, living is Christ, likewise dying is profit.

Pres-pass-ind - metamorphoo - metamorphism = to be changed and transformed.

Pictorial present tense - conveys to the mind a picture of the event in the process of occurrence.

We can only become transformed as we live in the predesigned plan under the principle of perception, metabolization and application of Bible doctrine.

We are never transformed by any personal self-improvement program, or counseling, or Christian retreat or seminar.

Passive voice = the believer is acted upon by metabolized doctrine resulting in the attainment of spiritual growth.
Indicative mood = this is a dogmatic principle of Bible doctrine.

If you desire to be changed or transformed you must behold the glory of the Lord or the doctrine of the indwelling of Christ.

Accusative singular direct object - auten - au*thVn = same eikona - ei*kovna = “into the same image.”
We can emulate or imitate our Lord Jesus Christ in His humanity.

Jesus Christ is eternal God but His true humanity lived in God’s plan for His life.
He learned and reached spiritual self-esteem very rapidly.
He also reached spiritual autonomy and spiritual maturity.

He learned very rapidly submission to authority on earth.
He recognized the authority of God, such as, “Father if it be Thy will let this cup pass from me, nevertheless not my will but Thy will be done.”

Adam was created perfect, without sin.
Christ lived a perfect life in His humanity, without sin.

One of the first gifts that He gave to the royal family is not only a personal divine plan but the ability to fulfill that plan if the believer desires to do so.

Emulate = to strive to equal and to excel.

Being transformed into the same image = the image of Jesus Christ coming through the believer as the Shekinah glory.

We go from the glory of salvation to the glory of spiritual self-esteem.
We go from the glory of spiritual self-esteem to the glory of spiritual autonomy.
We go from the glory of spiritual autonomy to the glory of spiritual maturity.

We have a visible manifestation of an invisible phenomenon just as in the Old Testament.
We are the New Testament theophany.

JOH 1:14 the Shekinah glory became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Preposition eis - ei*" + accusative - doxan - dovxan

Adverbial accusative of measure - indicates how far the action of the main verb extends; the main verb is transformed and extends all the way to Church-age believers.

“From glory” = Jesus Christ, the Shekinah glory becoming true humanity and residing in God’s plan for His life.
“To glory” = the Church-age believer attaining spiritual growth in God’s predesigned plan.

“Just as” - conjunction kataper - kaqavper = “just as if”
"Just as it were from the Lord, the Spirit.”

Pneumatos - pneuvmato" - ablative of agency = a personal agent who performs the action.

1. Our experience with God must take precedence over our experience with people.
2. As long as you emphasize experience with people over experience with God, you will suffer under the law of volitional responsibility.

3. The predesigned plan of God emphasizes right experience with God before there can be a right experience with people.
4. God is invisible and this right experience with Him can only come through beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord.

5. The indwelling of Christ is much closer to us than any person on earth.
6. Wrong experience with God results in wrong experience with people.

7. Right experience with God results in right experience with people.
8. Right experience with God demands perception, metabolization and application of Bible doctrine.

9. There can be no true quality with our relationship with mankind until we have true quality with our relationship with God.
10. This true quality in our relationship with God begins at spiritual self-esteem, the first stage of spiritual growth.

Self-examination must always be done with the greatest amount of objectivity which means no self-introspection or guilt or self-condemnation or lying to yourself.

“Test yourselves” - pres-act-imp - peirazete - peiravzete = to test for what is good or bad; to try or test one’s faith, virtue, character, concerning a certain subject, here it is the indwelling of TLJC.

Pres-act-ind - eimi = if you keep on being in the faith or if you keep on being into doctrine.

1TI 6:4 they have received blind arrogance and understand nothing [of true doctrine]; but they have a morbid obsession about controversies and verbal conflicts out of which arise or originate jealousy, discord, speaking evil, [SOT] evil speculations or presumptuous sins

LUK 14:18 - They have bought a piece of property and need to look it over.
LUK 14:19 - they just bought five teams of oxen, or their job is getting in the way of a faithful, dedicated devoted life to the Shekinah glory.
LUK 14:20 - They have a relationship that has taken them away from the PPOG.

“En” + locative singular of sphere - “pistis” = in the doctrine or into doctrine.

Bible doctrine must have number 1 priority in the life of the believer to fulfill the word of God and to live in God’s predesigned plan and fulfill the principle of relationship with God taking priority over relationship with people.

There are constant distractions in your life designed to de-emphasize Bible doctrine, and to frustrate the will of God for your life, which is His highest and best for you.

Pres-act-imp - dokimazo = to test for the purpose of approval or to examine; to test to see whether a person is genuine or a phoney.

It is the opinion that you have about yourself that matters, not the opinions that others have of you.

a. You examine yourself regarding sin.
b. You examine yourself for fear, worry, and anxiety, and you use the faith-rest drill to overcome these.

c. You examine yourself for proper objectives in life.
d. You examine yourself with regard to your personal love for God.

e. You examine yourself with regard to human interaction.
f. You examine yourself with regard to your relationship with God, which peaks out at spiritual maturity.

g. You examine yourself with regard to your status quo.
h. You examine yourself regarding your suffering status, when and why. Is it self-induced, punitive, or suffering for blessing?

To recognize - pres-act-ind - epiginosko = to metabolize doctrine, the same as the noun epignosis.

Customary present - denotes that which is reasonably expected to occur when the believer has had PVTD for a period of time.
Active voice - the positive believer produces the action of the verb.

This is an interrogative indicative mood for a question which can be answered by any believer at any stage of spiritual growth.
Part of spiritual growth is self-knowledge in relationship to the divine provisions for your life.

ROM 14:23 But he who doubts is condemned; and whatever is not from faith is sin.

1. Only metabolized doctrine can be utilized in self-examination.
2. You cannot fulfill this mandate unless you personally have an understanding of the pertinent doctrine, which here is the doctrine of the indwelling of Jesus Christ.

3. Part of spiritual self-esteem is self-knowledge in relationship to the divine provision for your life.
4. Until we reach the point of occupation with Christ and personal love for each member of the Trinity who indwells us, spiritual self-esteem is impossible.

The status quo of Christ being in us is not an experience, but understanding the doctrine and applying the doctrine brings in an experience.

You fail the test when you do not understand the indwelling of Christ.
“Fail the test” - predicate nominative plural -adokimos = to flunk the test.

Ignorance of the fact that Jesus Christ indwells your body.
Failure to apply that metabolized doctrine to your life.

1. Self testing for PVTD as the number one priority in your life.

2. The persistence in the perception of doctrine - metabolizing it resulting in accurate and objective self-examination under the privacy of your own priesthood.

3. Application of a specific doctrine, the indwelling of Christ, for two purposes: to motivate in spiritual growth and to frustrate and to neutralize arrogance in your life.

1. The rhetorical question dealing with the indwelling of Jesus Christ is designed to test your spiritual self-esteem, and to motivate continued advance through the various stages of spiritual adulthood.

2. Spiritual self-esteem cannot be parlayed into spiritual autonomy until the believer passes providential preventative suffering, 2CO 12:7-10.

3. Cognition of the indwelling of Jesus Christ not only motivates the believer to continue his spiritual momentum, but it also motivates his application of doctrine, which will frustrate the impending danger of spiritual self-esteem being neutralized by arrogance.

4. Understanding the doctrine of the indwelling of Jesus Christ and applying it to the Christian life becomes a necessity in status quo spiritual self-esteem.

5. Two doctrines are important to understand in spiritual self-esteem: the doctrine of providential preventative suffering which provides momentum in spiritual self-esteem, and the doctrine of the indwelling of Jesus Christ which motivates the believer in spiritual self-esteem.

6. Like the Shekinah Glory dwelling between the cherubs in the Holy of Holies in the Tabernacle of Israel, the indwelling of Jesus Christ is just as invisible but just as real.

7. The glory of the indwelling of Jesus Christ is seen in two ways.
a. The attainment of spiritual maturity and the distribution of our escrow blessings.
b. The passing of evidence testing as a witness for the prosecution in the appeal trial of Satan and the fallen angels.

PHI 4:12 In fact, I have come to know how to be humbled [by the law of volitional responsibility or the results of negative decisions], and also I have come to know how to live in prosperity [being blessed by God because of positive decisions or PVTD]; in any place and every circumstance I have been initiated into the secret or the mystery

It is to understand the spiritual life and your personal sense of destiny and the reason why you have been created.

“I am in the Father” = indicates His oneness and equality with the essence of God the Father.
JOH 14:20 “and you in Me” = our study on the baptism of the Spirit.
“And I in you” = our study of the indwelling of Jesus Christ.

a. Category one is toward God.
b. Category two is toward right man or right woman (or marriage).
c. Category three is toward friends.
d. Category four is “loving the brethren” or impersonal-unconditional love.

Has - a pres-act-ind - echon - e!cwn = to have and to hold or to possess something, to keep on holding onto something.

Commandments - noun entole = official decrees, precepts, instructions, divine prescriptions, or doctrines categorically.

“He who keeps on having My instructions or my categorical doctrines.”

Pres-act-part - teron - thrw'n = to keep something that belongs to you, to guard something that belongs to you.

2CO 2:11 in order that no advantage be taken of us by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his schemes.
EPH 6:11 Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

GEN 3:1 the serpent was more crafty or subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.
PRO 4:23 Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it {flow} the springs of life.

PRO 4:13 Take hold of instruction; do not let go. Guard her, for she is your life.
COL 2:18 Let no one keep defrauding or robbing you of your prize.

2JO 1:8 Watch yourselves, that you might not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward.
REV 3:11 “I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, in order that no one take your crown.”

2TI 3:16 - All Scripture is God-breathed, and that doctrine in the soul produces category one love toward God, and you exhale your love toward God.

Category one love is the believer’s capacity to love God and to respond to God’s love based on Bible doctrine in his soul.

DEU 6:5 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.

DEU 10:12 And now, what does the Lord your God require from you, but to respect the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

DEU 11:13 Listen obediently to my commands which I am commanding you today, to love the Lord your God and to serve Him with all your heart and all your soul,

MAT 4:10 “Begone, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.’”

MAR 12:30 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.”

If Bible doctrine or the words of Christ are not abiding in you, you do not have love for God, JOH 5:38-42.

“Hears” - pres-act-ind - akouei - a*kouvei = to hear in an audience, to listen, to concentrate, to understand, to learn, to give a hearing.

Not only will you hear doctrine but “if you love the Lord” you will keep His doctrines, JOH 14:15.

“Keep” - aor-act-imp - teresate - thrhvsete = to guard something that belongs to you; to watch over carefully, to keep, to hold, to preserve and to pay attention to; to retain!

If you guard or keep God’s Word in you, God’s love will be in you, JOH 15:10.

Having God’s mind or Bible doctrine is that which produces God’s love in the local assembly.
PHI 2:2 make my happiness complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.

Keeping doctrine is the only way to love with God’s love, 1JO 2:5.

“Perfected” - perf-pass-ind - teleioo = to complete or to reach maturity; to come to the place where it can be released.

Category one love, love toward God is also revealed by your impersonal love toward one another, 1JO 4:7.

“Knows God” - pres-act-imp - ginosko = the more we love reveals the more we are progressively getting to know Him.

Since God is invisible and the object of category one love, we must see and love Him through doctrine in the soul.

You cannot love God unless you know God, and you cannot know God unless you have metabolized enough pertinent doctrine, 1PE 1:8, EPH 3:18-19, HEB 6:10, 2TI 1:13-14, COL 3:1-2.

1PE 1:8 and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe Him [His doctrine],

EPH 3:18-19 that you may be able to comprehend [the secret of loving TLJC] in the presence of all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to come to know the surpassing knowledge love of Christ, in order that you may be filled with all the fulness from God [doctrine filling the soul].

HEB 6:10 For God is not unjust so as to forget your occupation [the pastor-teacher] and the love which you have shown toward His name [category one love], [and then true love for the Lord is revealed] in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints.

JER 3:15 I will give you pastors after My own heart, who will feed you on knowledge and understanding.
JER 23:4 “I shall also raise up pastors over them and they will feed them; and they will not be afraid any longer, nor be terrified, nor will any be missing,” declares the Lord.

PSA 119:132 Turn to me and be gracious to me, After Thy manner with those who love Thy name.

Category one love is also the basis for supergrace blessing, 1CO 2:9, PSA 37:4-5.
1CO 2:9 but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”

PSA 37:4-5 Delight yourself in the Lord; And He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.

Category one love provides strength for adversity and pressure, HEB 11:27.
HEB 11:27 By means of doctrine resident in the soul, Moses left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing Him who is unseen.

There is a special curse on believers who fail to have category one love - 1CO 16:22 “cursed until the Lord comes.”

2CO 5:14 “The love of Christ motivates us.”
ROM 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him,

There is no love for God until there is an X amount of metabolized doctrine.
There is no real divine love toward people until there is first, personal love toward God.

ROM 12:9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good.
When you start to love someone you have not seen, it is because you have linked up with their thinking.

Pres-act-part - pisteuontes - pisteuvonte" = believing doctrine or having it metabolized.

“Full of glory” = the spiritually sustained believer who reflects the glory of God within by the thinking structure in his soul.

Every morning a bank will open an account in your name and deposit ,400.00
Everything you fail to spend in that day is taken from you that night.
The bank can stop or break off the game without warning.
We all have that invisible bank account: it is called time.

MAT 25:21 “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave; you were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things, enter into the joy of your master.’”

And he that loves Me shall be loved - not “by” My Father - “hupo” = “under the authority of My Father.”

The Father is the initiator of the love and we are the responders.

Disclose - emphaniso = to communicate, to make known.

Here is the principle of knowing the Lord Jesus Christ through Bible doctrine and the exhale is love.

Divine faithfulness is God’s grace expression to the believer using His perfect character as the basis for expression.

Propitiation is the God-ward side of the work of Christ in salvation.

Propitiation = our Lord satisfied the justice and righteousness of God the Father.

Propitiation frees the justice of God to immediately give anyone who believes in Christ one-half of divine integrity, the righteousness of God.

Divine faithfulness manifests itself in divine discipline to the apostate believer and in blessing to the mature believer.

Faithfulness is an attitude to something in life which you love, respect, admire, or recognize its authority.

God is faithful to us in rebound and recovery.

1CO 11:31 But if we judged ourselves rightly, we should not be judged.

JER 3:13 Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against the Lord your God And have scattered your favors to the strangers under every green tree, and you have not obeyed My voice, declares the Lord.

PSA 32:5 I acknowledged my sin to Thee, and my iniquity I did not hide; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”; And Thou didst forgive the guilt of my sin. Selah.
PSA 38:18 For I confess my iniquity; I am full of anxiety because of my sin.

God is justified to forgive us because He has been propitiated by the sacrifice of His perfect Son.
There is no merit in naming a sin.

A. Name it, 1JO 1:9
B. Isolate it, HEB 12:15
C. Forget it, PHI 3:13
D. Keep moving, PHI 3:14

God’s faithfulness is manifest in His perfect plan, 1CO 1:9.
God’s faithfulness is manifest in logistical grace provision and supergrace blessing, 1TH 5:24.

1TH 5:24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.
JOB 23:14 For He performs what is appointed for me, and many such decrees are with Him.

It was harder for God to find a way to save us than it was for God to bless us in time.

If He could do the most for us at salvation, it follows, a fortiori, that He can provide the lesser blessing of logistical grace support in time.
A fortiori - Latin phrase = “with stronger reason.”

A fortiori is a conclusion compared with some other conclusion or recognized fact, as inferred to be even more certain or inescapable than the two conclusions it combines.

God’s faithfulness is also manifest in testing, 1CO 10:13, 2CO 4:17, ROM 8:18.

ROM 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Logistical grace = divine planning, divine support, divine provision, and divine blessing for the execution of the predesigned plan of God by the Royal Family for the fulfillment of God’s will, God’s purpose, and God’s plan for your life.

Not only are we tested with regard to logistical grace support from God, but we are also tested concerning our love for Bible doctrine as well as our social life, loved ones, our failures, other distractions, and our families.

As a part of God’s faithfulness, He always provides the doctrine or the opportunity to get the doctrine necessary to pass each test before it comes.

God is faithful to the apostate believer, 2TI 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful; for He cannot deny Himself.

God is faithful in keeping the degenerate believer alive for discipline.
God is faithful to the believer in the realm of the angelic conflict.

God’s faithfulness becomes a reality as you advance to and reach spiritual maturity.

Faithfulness = the consistency and stability of God.

JOH 14:21 “He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him.”

Faithfulness = God cannot change His essence and be unfair to anyone.

God keeps His word.
He has never made a promise He has not kept, Psa 119.

HOS 14:4 I will heal their apostasy, I will love them freely, for My anger has turned away from them.

Unfaithfulness is totally incompatible with the very nature and essence of God -
MAL 3:6 “For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.”

DEU 7:9 Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments;
LAM 3:22 The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail.

God is faithful to us and He is not only faithful to tell us the good things, but He is also faithful to tell us the bad things.
2CO 1:20 For as many as may be the promises of God, in Him they are yes; wherefore also by Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us.

NUM 23:19 God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

Titus 1:2 - it is impossible for Him to lie.
HEB 10:23 He who promised is faithful.

1PE 4:19 - “entrust your soul to the faithful Creator who will do what is right!”
1PE 4:19 Therefore, let those also who suffer according to the will of God entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.

He is faithful in what He withholds just like in what He gives.
He is faithful in sending sorrow as well as in giving joy.

The faithfulness of God is a truth to be acknowledged by us, not only when we are at ease, but when we are in trouble.

PSA 119:75 I know, O Lord, that Thy judgments are righteous, And that in faithfulness Thou hast afflicted me.
PSA 89:33 “But I will not break off My lovingkindness from him, Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.”

HOS 5:15 I will go away {and} return to My place Until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face; In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.

God the Father is faithful, JAM 1:17.
The Lord Jesus Christ is faithful and is the same yesterday, and today, and forever, HEB 13:8.
The Holy Spirit is faithful to indwell us, JOH 14:16, and to teach Bible doctrine to the believer, 1CO 12:13.

God is greatly honored when under testing for blessing or chastening, we have proper thoughts toward Him and recognize His divine attributes in action.

This is accomplished through Bible doctrine, which the unbeliever cannot understand because he does not possess a human spirit, Jude 1:19.

How is it possible to reveal yourself to us as believers, and not at the same time to reveal yourself to the world?

Your attitude toward doctrine determines your attitude toward the Lord, and your productivity.

The natural man has the human soul, but he is minus the human spirit; he is minus the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

He does not have a human spirit, he does not have the Holy Spirit, and when the gospel is preached, the Holy Spirit acts as a human spirit and cranks this information into his soul, with the result that he becomes aware of Christ as the issue.

In his conscience, he has false norms or standards, but the gospel rectifies these, because the human conscience is normally filled with legalism.

If = third class condition, indicating the principle of human volition in the soul.

Keep - tereo = to guard something that belongs to you, the Bible belongs to you.

They were in a dispensation that had certain limitations, but you have no limitations, you are in the dispensation of the Church, you are part of the body of Christ, and in union with Christ.

My words in written form is the Bible, the mind of Christ, 1CO 2:16.

The Father is going to have a relaxed mental attitude toward every believer, demonstrated by the fact that even when He disciplines or punishes the believer, He does it in love.

God the Father is initiating action toward you and He will never cease to do so -
active voice = God the Father will love you in phase 2, no matter what you do and do not do, whether you omit or commit, it makes no difference.

Indicative mood = reality of the Father’s love toward the believer in the Church-age, even though He is not present and even though Christ is not present on the earth.

This is a maximum love, it is a relaxed mental attitude, expressing the fact that propitiation and positional sanctification have made it possible for you to always be loved by God.

Agapao = being able to demonstrate it - a mental attitude demonstrated.

“We will come” = the deity of the Father plus Christ in His deity, and this is the change for the Church-age.

Unto him - pros + accusative - auton = “face to face with him.”

“We will come unto Him and make our abode” Abode - mone = make a mansion out of you.

In the person of the Jesus Christ since His physical birth, there are two natures, undiminished deity and true humanity in one person forever.

The characteristics of His human nature belong to the human part of Him; the characteristics of His divine nature belong to the God-part of Him.

MAT 4:2 And after He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He then became hungry.

He is the highest of all angelic creatures, and therefore of all creatures.

If ever there was a super genius creature it is Satan or the devil, or as he was originally known, heylel, the son of the morning.

Satan is trying to prove his equality with God, and he thinks the way to do that is to take man’s freedom away and make him a slave.

2TI 2:26 and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

Evil originated and existed before human history.
The origin of evil is Satan’s genius to devise a system to oppose God.

Being a super genius he is a great organizer.
He is the greatest organizer of any creature who has ever lived.
He is the super genius in the field of executive function and organization.

Along with all this facade of magnificent ability, he is the original murderer.

JOH 8:44 “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning,”

In Satan and in evil, there is the wonderful magnificent attractive personality, but then, flip the coin, and there is a terrible evil side.

When evil finally controls that personality we call it degeneracy - or psychosis, neurosis, or psychopathic behavior.

2CO 4:4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
EPH 2:2 in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.

He has set up a system of administration whereby Dr. Jekyll can function even though he is Mr. Hyde.

Satan has devised a system whereby people can be nice, lovely, and wonderful, as far as society is concerned.

JOH 14:30 I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in me;

It is called self-respect.
It is really hypocrisy.

It is self-righteousness.
It is religion and legalism.

It is manifest in those who think they are intellectual but are really blinded by blind arrogance.

There is a duality of personality that exists among believers - that is because all of us have a sin nature.

He made a decision to disobey the divine command which was not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

The woman was doing what she was made to do, which is to serve the man.
The man was made for God and the woman for the man, 1CO 11:7-9.

1TI 2:13-14 For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve. And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being quite deceived, fell into transgression.

1CO 7:17 the Lord has assigned to each one [a husband and wife].
MAT 19:6 “What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”

ECC 9:9 Enjoy life with the woman whom you love all the days of your life which [woman] God has given to you;

Helper - ezer - someone to aid, help, and to respond to the man.

Satan always uses an agent or agents to represent him and his evil policy.
Serpent - nachash = to hiss, to whisper and to be bright.

Satan says, “I must approach this woman but not frighten her” - he always uses an agent.

Satan himself is called the old serpent, the tempter or deceiver, REV 12:9.

2CO 11:3 but I am afraid, lest as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds should be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.

Satan’s greatest weapon is a conversation because Satan is the greatest genius that ever came from the hand of God.

“Was more crafty” - aruwm = cunning, crafty, smarter, clever, and subtle.

Satan with his policy of evil, will open up his attack with a very tender statement for the woman’s well being.
In his first approach with his evil policy, he just wants to introduce some doubt to the woman.

ROM 14:23 But he who doubts is condemned.
MAR 11:23 “Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it shall be granted him.”

JAM 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
For let not that man expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

He tries to make her focus in on the prohibitions rather than the provisions.
The word “God” here is recognition of a supreme being, but denial of the Savior, the Lord God, Jehovah Elohim.

Satan’s evil policy is recognition of God but not of TLJC the only Savior.
JAM 2:19 You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.

Satan’s ministers of righteousness focus in on the do’s and don’ts; they bring in standards that even God does not have.

Both good and evil is Satan’s policy, and Satan is the inventor of good or creature credit.
Satan’s first weapon was neither terror nor intimidation, nor threatening.

Conversation is a medium for expressing thought, and Satan is much smarter than any creature that has ever existed pre-historically or historically.
By entering into dialogue with the woman, Satan rejected divine authority and divine order.

Since Adam was the ruler of the world at this time, his fall would have removed the issue of volition as far as the woman is concerned.
The genius of Satan picks the right target, he always does this.

“Surely die” - two words, first the Qal infinitive absolute - muth.
It is translated “dying” and is a reference to spiritual death.

Then God repeats the same verb - Qal imperfect - muth.
“Surely” is added by the translators to translate the doubling of the verb.

Satan is a master of twisting the scriptures, distorting the scriptures, misinterpreting the scriptures.
Two deaths are involved here = “dying thou shalt die” or really “dying spiritually you shall die physically.”

The woman is the source of the first heresy in human history.
The wages of sin is physical death.

The serpent was the agent or the vehicle that Satan used to try to deceive the woman.

When it comes to lust, all members of the human race are swimming in the same pool.

If you are human, normal or abnormal, you have lust problems.

Two categories of lust: lust related to both your personal areas of weakness and your personal areas of strength in your old sin nature.

Our areas of strength are very deceiving, and we often build a false self-esteem on our areas of strength.

One person’s weakness is another person’s strength, which is the basis for our arrogance, self-justification, and rationalization about inferiority and superiority.

a. Power lust is the worst of all, for almost all other lusts are related to this one, especially if you have any inferiority problems.

b. Approbation lust is merely one of the extensions of power lust, and it is separate because some people do want approbation without power.

c. Stimulation lust has many parts, in which we cater to the nerve centers and functions of our body in the name of pleasure.

1. Sexual lust, or lasciviousness.
2. Drunkenness.
3. Drug addiction.
4. Mental stimulation or intellectual arrogance.

d. Killer lust - the problem-solving device of the weak.

e. There is also anger lust or cruelty.

This lust is the evil desire to hurt others - the object of one’s love, the object of one’s hatred, or anyone who causes you a problem.

Some people by nature are kind; some people by nature are cruel.

f. Money lust is called by the Scripture the “root of all kinds of evil.”

One’s attitude toward money very clearly delineates one’s overall philosophy of life or one’s spiritual condition or lack of spiritual life.

1TI 6:10 For you see the love of money keeps on being a root of all sorts of evil through which [love for money]certain ones by intensively desiring it [money] have gone astray from the doctrine and pierced themselves with many types of pain.

HEB 13:5 Let your character be free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,”

What we are going to see in this passage is an attack on the mentality of the soul, and this will come through a conversation with the serpent.

Here is Satan getting ready to outsmart two of the most beautiful and perfect people who ever lived on the face of the earth.

His policy of evil, get people to begin to doubt.
With his evil policy, he is trying to make the woman conscious of that which is forbidden.

He tries to make her focus in on the divine prohibition rather than the divine provisions.

Satan’s first and most brilliant weapon has always been conversation.
Satan’s greatest weapon was his own genius.

Violence and intimidation would have alarmed Adam and the woman, and driven the woman into the protective custody of her husband.

The first category, the human authority of Adam as her husband.
The second authority, the divine authority of TLJC, her God.

1. Every tree being desirable to the sight is the first category which is designed for the prosperity of the soul.
2. The second category of trees was the category called “good for food” - man had physical happiness or happiness of body.

The stimulation of the taste buds was a reminder of God’s grace before man sinned, just as eating the bread of communion is a reminder of God’s grace after man sins.

The third category was the tree of life - both the capacity for perfect happiness and blessing, and total appreciation of God’s grace.

Man was designed for happiness, blessing, capacity, and pleasure unless he went negative to God’s plan.

The first sin involved no morality or immorality at all, but simply rejection of the perfect happiness provided by God.

For the first time she calls TLJC “God” instead of the Lord God.

She adds to the word of God which is forbidden, REV 22:18.
She was so occupied with the sin of disobedience and not eating the fruit that evil crept in.

Satan’s plan, get the believer so occupied with sin that he can sneak evil in.

Sin was not the issue in the garden.
Sin was the result of those who thought evil.
Evil came first, not sin.

1. He out-rightly contradicts the word of God when he says, “Has God said?” and then, “You surely shall not die.”
2. As a part of his policy of evil he distorts and misquotes the word of God.

3. He adds to and subtracts from the word of God.
4. He ridicules, mocks, and attacks those into doctrine.

All of a sudden the tree looks inviting - why?
She now has “evil thinking” as her frame of reference. She is now occupied with the natural and not the spiritual.

Her desires are now negative toward God’s plan and positive toward evil.

What is the first thing she wanted that God had already provided for her? Intelligence.

The O.S.N. resulted, not from sin, but from “thinking evil.”
Now that they think evil, knowing evil leads to performing good, so what do they do?

The first thing they try to do is improve and correct their own condition - operation fig-leaves.

The eyes, MAT 6:22, represent the perception of the soul.
EPH 1:18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

It was the woman who “rationalized” in her contact with her little pet serpent, which was actually Satan indwelling the serpent.

The first thing they think is “We must try to improve and correct our own condition” - operation fig-leaves.

It was the woman who began to “think” that God was afraid that she would become as smart as God.

Arrogance becomes the principle that holds people together so that they appear nice, sweet, loving, and kind, when in reality they live for themselves.

The one thing that makes people function in the cosmic system is arrogance.

They hold together for a short time under self-righteousness, human good and morality, but eventually they all fall apart into some form of evil thinking.

While arrogance is a temporary stabilizer, it cannot keep the person from coming to a maximum function of evil - degeneracy.

Degeneracy is too often related to the gutter, instead of as to where true degeneracy is sponsored.

He is trying very hard to bring in the Millennium.

The more the genius of Satan works toward producing a perfect world, the more the world goes into degeneracy when it follows his plan.

When the do-good society comes in, or socialism, or communism, or the welfare state, these things will destroy true success.

The welfare state is a social system based on the assumption that the state has the responsibility to take care of the social welfare of its citizens.

Socialism is an economic and political theory that advocates collective or governmental ownership of businesses or control over the products that businesses produce.

To the extent that any nation permits socialism or communism into the country, to that extent you have degeneracy developing.

1. The evil in the believer who rejects the doctrine of eternal security and God’s method of protecting us, 1PE 1:5.

One major form of evil thinking is when a believer thinks that he can do something to lose his salvation.

The saving work of Jesus Christ on the cross and the forty things you received at salvation from God are much greater than what you could ever do.

2. The believer who assumes that his works are spirituality.

JAM 2:20 But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless?

2PE 3:16 some things are hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.

MAT 22:29 “You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures, or the power of God.”

3. The evil thinking of the believer who succumbs to the pressures of suffering, adversity, and injustice.

To be completely right and unjustly treated is a very dangerous test.

For didn’t God say Himself -
EXO 21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot?

4. The believer under the influence of evil who depends on emotional activity such as rededication services, tongues, inspirational speakers, personal attention, etc.

Godliness - eusebeia = dedication and devotion to the PPOG.

Conceited - per-pass-ind - tuphoo = to receive a head full of smoke.

It is not because they are evil people; it is because they have been deceived by Satan, the ruler of the world, and they are now under the influence of evil.

Endure - fut-mid-ind - anechomai = to put up with, to bear with, to endure, to suffer.

Once they do that they are acted upon by the ruler of the world -
2TI 2:26 hopefully they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

Tickled - pres-mid-part - kneethoo = wanting to hear something pleasant, especially about themselves, to desire to hear what one wants to hear.

Desires - noun epithumia = lusts.

To turn -
fut-ACTIVE-ind - apostrepho = to turn away or to go back, to turn him away from allegiance to anyone, to turn in the sense of deserting.

2TI 1:15 You are aware of the fact that all who are in Asia turned away [apostrepho] from me, among whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.

“Will turn aside” -
fut-PASSIVE-ind - ektrepo = to receive the evil thinking of deflection, interference, to be led astray; to turn away from one in order to follow another.

EZE 28:15 “You were blameless in your ways From the day you were created, Until unrighteousness was found in you.”

REV 12:9-10 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Satan - satanas = to gossip, to malign, to slander and to accuse.

This takes place historically in REV 12:7-9, when Satan is cast out of heaven.

Star - heylel - “Lucifer” - from the Latin Vulgate, not the original Hebrew.

Lucifer - Latin = “light bearer.”
It means the shining one, the translucent one, the simulating one.

Two creatures are said to throw out light which made them ultra-attractive -
Heylel - Satan
Nachash - serpent, Gen 3.

Satan was attractive to at least one third of all the angels.
The serpent was attracted to one half of all mankind.

Satan can transform himself into an angel of light, 2CO 11:14, and he transforms his ministers into angels of light,

2CO 11:14-15 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness;

They teach about Jesus, but it is another Jesus, not the Jesus of the Bible, 2CO 11:4.
They teach about the Spirit, but it is another Spirit, not the Holy Spirit from God, 2CO 11:4.

They talk about the gospel, but it is a different gospel, not the gospel of the Bible, GAL 1:6.

You must never look at the personality but the content of the message.

From the middle of the Tribulation period and for the rest of his existence, Satan has to stay on the earth.

He has the greatest mind that any creature has ever had - only one mind is more intelligent than his which is made available to creatures - “the mind of Christ,” 1CO 2:16, PHI 2:5.

REV 12:9 “And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

REV 13:14 - he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform.
REV 18:23 - he deceives the world by using a very popular church in Rome.
REV 19:20 - he deceives those who had received the mark of the beast.

REV 20:3 and threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he should not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time.

1CO 10:12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
GAL 6:3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life.

The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today.

True love is what is left in a relationship after all the selfishness is taken out.

LUK 9:23 And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”

PRO 23:7 For as he thinks within himself, so he is.

Hypocrisy is a manifestation of an evil mental attitude.

We have freedom today because of military victory.
We have spiritual freedom today, because of the victory wrought by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the cross.

JOH 8:31-32 “If you abide in My word, you are truly disciples of Mine; and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

MAT 24:6-7 “And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for {those things} must take place, but {that} is not yet the end.”

MAT 24:7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.

1PE 2:24 and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
1PE 3:18 For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;

GAL 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us - for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.”

2CO 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

ISA 14:13 But you said in your heart, “I will ascend to heaven;”

JOH 3:31 - He came from above and descended upon the earth -
“He who comes from above is above all, he who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all.”

1TH 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.

Nothing can describe the full magnitude of the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made just to be born a man and then going to the cross and bearing the sins of all mankind.

While Satan, the ruler of the world, wants to exalt himself and ascend, our Lord used His divine prerogatives and the free exercise of His will, to voluntarily subordinate Himself to God the Father even though He was equal to the Father.

He who has ascended, the Lord Jesus Christ, first descended, but the one who began the angelic conflict, Satan, in negative volition would ascend, but ends up descending.

Ultimately descending to the point where he is thrown down to the earth in the middle of the Tribulation, and then he descends into the abyss for the Millennial reign, and then finally he descends again into the lake of fire, forever and ever and ever.

In the middle of the Tribulation, Satan will descend upon the earth because he is thrown out of heaven, REV 12:9.

At the Second Advent, before the Millennial reign begins, a seraph angel is said to throw Satan into the abyss,
REV 20:3.

Finally, at the end of time, he will be thrown down to the lake of fire, REV 20:10.

ISA 55:8-9 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Neither are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. For {as} the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

MAT 23:12 “Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.”

God prepares us for the mountain tops in the valleys of life, and He prepares us for the valleys on the mountain tops of life.

Times of adversity are not times to quit the spiritual life; they are times to shift into a higher gear.

Times of prosperity are not times to coast, but to concentrate on the source of our blessing.

It is the mind of Christ, 1CO 2:16.
Let it be in you, PHI 2:5.
Be armed with it, 1PE 4:1.

It is the voice of the Holy Spirit, HEB 3:7.

HEB 4:7 - do not harden your hearts today when you hear it.
It is the good word of God, HEB 6:5.

It is the word of God, HEB 4:12, that is alive and powerful.

The ones who every time they walked into a room where our Lord was, they got our Lord angry, MAR 3:5.

All of us at some time or another have contact with self-righteous moral Christians whose righteousness is nothing more than a menstrual rag, ISA 64:6.

PRO 4:23 Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it {flow} the springs of life.

I will ascend into heaven = the third heaven where God is, 2CO 12:2.

1PE 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time,

I will raise my throne or exalt my throne above the stars of God = the angels, JOB 38:7, Jud 13, REV 12:3-4 - stars are angels.

PHI 2:3 Do nothing motivated by contentiousness or ambitious pride, but with humility of mind [by means of grace orientation] let each of you keep on considering one another as more important than himself;

I will sit on the mount of the assembly in the recesses of the north = rulership over the government of the earth,ISA 2:1-4.

MAT 20:26 “Whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant,”

Clouds are used to represent the divine presence of God or His glory.
Jehovah appeared in cloud, EXO 16:10.
Jehovah rides upon a cloud, PSA 104:3.

JOH 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
1JO 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we shall be. We know that, when He appears, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him just as He is.

DEU 30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live,

His real title however is “star of the morning,” his glorious heavenly identification before his fall.
REV 22:16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright morning star.”

The titles “star of the morning” and “the bright morning star” are much the same - just like Christ is called “the last Adam” as a successor to the first Adam who fell.

The highest and greatest reward a believer can receive is said to be the order of the morning star.

It is the ultimate decoration for a human, the order of the morning star.
