For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come, and Sarah shall have a son. Part 3.".

HEB 11:11 By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised;

She is called Sarrha which is different than Sarai because it means princess, and she advanced from Sarai to Sarah or nagger to princess.

1. She grew up in a Semitic society where having male children and perpetuating the line was extremely important and she was barren.
2. She was brilliant and beautiful, and therefore she was the target of a lot of female jealousy.

There is nothing that de-feminizes a woman more than jealousy and bitterness.

Jealousy is older than the human race because jealousy existed in eternity past when Lucifer, the son of the morning, became jealous of God, ISA 14:12-14.

The first case of jealousy in the human race surfaced when Cain became jealous of his brother Abel.

1JO 3:15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

Jealousy, like many of the mental attitude sins can also produce physical sickness as well as mental disorders,PRO 14:30.

PRO 14:30 A tranquil heart [a right lobe with inner peace] is life to the body, But jealousy is rottenness to the bones.

Psychosomatics refers to physical symptoms caused by mental or emotional disturbance.

“Psuche” + “soma.” The first means “soul” with emphasis on mentality; the second one means “body.”

Any mental attitude of fear, worry, jealousy, bitterness, or anxiety, any continuous mental tension of any kind, will eventually overflow and release itself throughout the physical body.

It was discovered during the Korean War that many of our American soldiers died in prison camps from what we call give-up-itis.

It becomes increasingly common for people to suffer from such ailments as eczema, skin rashes, warts, allergies, hypertension, ulcers, and many other things, simply by the overflow of the pressures from the mind into the body.

When the psychosomatics are the cause of these ailments, and there is a change of mental attitude, a stabilizing of the mentality, results in the removal of the symptoms.

When the frontal lobe of the believer receives divine viewpoint and-or Bible doctrine, the result is peace, a relaxed mental attitude, stability, and a perpetual happiness.

But when the frontal lobe is crammed full of the human viewpoint, or when mental-attitude sins dominate the mentality of the soul, the result is inevitably self-induced misery.

Mental-attitude sins include pride, jealousy, bitterness, vindictiveness, implacability, guilt complex, hatred, etc.

Even your physical attractiveness is dependent on what you think.

Toughness is a mental attitude.

PRO 3:8 It [doctrine] will be healing to your body, And refreshment to your bones.

PRO 4:22 For they [doctrines] are life to those who find them, And health to all their whole body.
PRO 16:24 Pleasant doctrines are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
PRO 15:30 Bright eyes gladden the heart; Good news invigorates the bones.
JOB 5:2 “For jealousy slays the foolish man and anger kills the stupid.”

As goes your mental attitude so goes your health.

PRO 27:3-4 A stone is heavy and the sand weighty, But the provocation of a fool is heavier than both of them. Wrath is fierce and anger is a flood, But who can stand before jealousy?

Jealousy destroys freedom because jealousy intrudes upon privacy.

a. The arrogance complex of sins.
b. The emotional complex of sins.

MAR 15:10 For he was aware that the chief priests had delivered Him up because of envy.
Acts 7:9 “And the patriarchs became jealous of Joseph and sold him into Egypt. And yet God was with him.”

Jealousy also split the nation Israel, ISA 11:13.
So great was the sin of jealousy in Israel that a special offering was made for it,
NUM 5:11-31.

Jealousy is related to the suppression of pride, which is part of a trigger mechanism producing both false motivation and discord, PHI 1:15a.

PHI 1:15 Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from jealousy and strife,
