THE FIFTH BASIC PRINCIPLE THAT THE LORD HAS ESTABLISHED WHICH GUARANTEES THAT THE HUMAN RACE WILL NO
The fifth basic principle that the Lord has established which guarantees that the human race will not self-destruct: The impact of the invisible hero.
Friday, June 6, 2008
e. The invisible impact and influence of the invisible hero or spiritual champion, whereby God blesses the client-nation through the pivot of mature believers.
The greatest function and service in time is invisible to the general public.
The mature believer may not be recognized by the world or for that matter even the church, but he is the unseen hero of the Church-age as a part of the pivot of mature believers.
As goes the believer so goes the nation.
MAT 7:25 “And the rain descended [a reference to the storms of trouble],”
and the floods came [the floods represent adversaries and opposition against the members of the household], and the winds blew [the unexpected adversities],
Earthly things and the ways of the world look good until the trials and difficulties of life prove their vanity.
Heavenly things look inadequate until the trials and difficulties reveal their glory.
In death, the winner or the invisible hero called the overcomer in the KJV, or He who overcomes, in the NAS, receives his blessings from his escrow count and takes them with him forever - this is the meaning of their deeds [ergon] following them.
They live, not with a gnosis of doctrine, which puffs up many individuals, 1CO 8:1, but with a epignosis doctrine, which is metabolized doctrine producing wisdom.
1. The will of God for mankind is two-fold.
For the unbeliever: Salvation.
For the believer: Metabolized doctrine.
1TI 2:3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the epignosis knowledge of the truth.
TIT 1:1 Paul, a bond-servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the faith of those chosen of God and the [epignosis] knowledge of the truth which is according to living the spiritual life,
EPH 4:13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the epignosis knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fulness of Christ.
2. The cosmic believer fails to metabolize doctrine,
2TI 3:2-7; 2TI 3:7 always learning and never able to come to the epignosis knowledge of the truth.
They are always learning academic subjects and doctrine, but it is all gnosis and only academic. They are never able to come to epignosis doctrine.
3. Only metabolized doctrine can be useful for problem solving,
EPH 1:17.
EPH 1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the epignosis knowledge of Him.
4. PHM 1:6 - all genuine fellowship with believers is based on metabolized doctrine and virtue.
PHM 1:6 {and I pray} that the fellowship of your faith may become effective through the epignosis knowledge of every good thing which is in you for Christ’s sake.
5. Only metabolized doctrine can fulfill the mandate of virtue first in the PPOG, PHI 1:9.
PHI 1:9 In fact, I pray this, that your virtue-love may excel to the maximum still more and more by means of epignosis knowledge metabolized doctrine resulting in all spiritual discernment,
2PE 1:8 for if these {qualities} are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge epignosis knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
6. Only metabolized doctrine can fulfill the PPOG, COL 1:9-10.
7. Only metabolized doctrine can provide blessing under the PPOG; if you have only gnosis doctrine, there is no basis for blessing, 2PE 1:2-3.
2PE 1:2-3 Grace and peace be multiplied to you by means of the epignosis knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the epignosis knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.
2PE 3:17-18, you therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard lest, being carried away by the error of unprincipled men, you fall from your own steadfastness, but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him {be} the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
8. You can have a zeal to know God, but if you do not have metabolized doctrine it is useless.
ROM 10:2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not in accordance with knowledge.
9. True wealth and prosperity comes from epignosis doctrine,
COL 2:2 that their right lobes may be confident, {attaining} to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, {resulting} in a true knowledge or epignosis knowledge of God’s mystery, Christ,
10. The new man can only be renewed and energized through metabolized doctrine.
COL 3:10 and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge or according to epignosis knowledge according to the image of the One who created him.
MAT 16:23 But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.”
PSA 119:63 I am a companion of all those who respect Thee, and of those who keep Your doctrines.
PSA 101:6 My eyes shall be upon the “faithful” of the land, that they may dwell with me; he who walks in integrity is the one who will minister to me.
PSA 101:7 he who practices deceit shall not dwell within my house; he who speaks falsehood shall not maintain his position before me.
2SA 1:26 You have been very pleasant to me. Your love to me was more wonderful than the love of women.
1SA 20:23 “As for the agreement of which you and I have spoken, behold, the Lord is between you and me forever.”
Actually the greatest destroyer of homes is the person who destroys their own.
It is that over a period of years, they are so full of gnosis and no epignosis that they destroy everything around them that is destroyable.
JOH 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.”
1JO 3:16 We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
GAL 6:10 So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
They realize death has lost its sting, 1CO 15:55.
They believe and understand that there is a difference in dying and after the resurrection.
JOB 5:19-27 = a dissertation on the invisible hero or spiritual champion and the fantastic blessings that come to the mature believer especially in times of difficulty.
Deliver - hiphil imperfect - natsal = to rescue, to deliver, to come through for; it emphasizes logistical grace.
In “six troubles” - man’s number = all the problems we create for ourselves, as well as the problems we encounter from others.
Famine - kaphan = times of emptiness and pain or economic disaster.
Redeem - Qal - paddah = to buy your life and to guarantee that you will survive economic depression.
At the time in which it was written, wild animals or beasts simply represented an instrument of death or a means of dying.
Today beasts could represent violent death such as murder, warfare, nuclear weapons, and even terrorism, etc.
This laughing at death and disaster is +H in the soul, i.e., the ultimate PSD and a great sign of spiritual maturity as an invisible hero or spiritual champion.
This is not foolish laughing or the phony hysterical laugh of the facade of many believers; this is the R.M.A. of a believer who has a true sense of humor even while under pressure.
These stones or wild animals cannot harm the believer with doctrine or in spiritual adulthood unless the sovereignty of God permits it to happen.
Job 5 - neither historical or natural disaster, nor any instrument of death, nor any dangerous environment can hurt or remove the believer from this life apart from divine consent.
In the biblical interpretation of history and the fact that Jesus Christ controls history, God gives the loser the same chance as the winner.
Only the integrity of God can transfer any believer from time into eternity.
This does not mean that you will have a lot of children; it is a Hebrew idiom which says that your children will prosper.
The invisible hero or spiritual champion also has a personal impact on others or blessing by association.
The illustration is taken from the agricultural economy of the ancient world.
The farmer knows when the corn should be picked.
The separation of the corn from the sheath is a picture of the soul and the spirit leaving the body to be absent from the body and to be face to face with the Lord.
In dying we accept the wisdom of God as mature believers just as we did while living.
