The world promises freedom through self-expression, self-discovery, and doing whatever feels right.
But God's Word teaches something completely different.
True freedom is not found in following your emotions.
It is not found in chasing your desires.
And it is not found in breaking God's principles.
True freedom is found in truth.
Jesus said, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." (John 8:32)
The more doctrine you learn, believe, and apply, the more freedom you experience.
Freedom from fear.
Freedom from guilt.
Freedom from bitterness.
Freedom from worry.
Freedom from the lies of the kingdom of darkness.
The greatest prison is not made of steel bars.
It is a soul trapped in deception.
And the greatest liberation is not found in changing your circumstances.
It is found in renewing your mind with the Word of God.
God never intended His people to live in bondage to emotions, people, the past, or the opinions of others.
His plan is that we grow in grace and knowledge, think divine viewpoint, and walk in the freedom that comes from knowing Him.
The truth doesn't restrict you.
The truth releases you to become everything God designed you to be.
