Dispensations Part 11 | Noah Stood Alone... And Changed Human History

What do you do when it seems like the whole world is going in one direction, but the Word of God tells you to go another?

In Dispensations Part 11, we continue our study of the Dispensation of Conscience by looking at the remarkable life of Noah.

Genesis tells us that the earth had become corrupt and filled with violence, yet in the middle of it all, Noah walked with God.

He didn't allow the standards of the world around him to determine what he believed or how he lived. He trusted what God had revealed, even when he was in the minority and even when what God told him had never happened before.

Hebrews 11:7 tells us that Noah was warned by God about things not yet seen, and he responded by preparing the ark.

That's an incredible lesson for us today:

Bible doctrine isn't simply something we learn. It's something we apply.

There will be times when following the Word of God puts you in the minority. There will be times when people don't understand your decisions. But Noah reminds us that we don't need the approval of the majority to fulfill God's plan.

And never underestimate what God can accomplish through one believer who chooses to walk with Him.

Noah stood against the direction of his generation.

Gideon was reminded that God didn't need the majority.

And the same principle remains powerful today:

One believer can make a difference.
