Part 3
Eternity Past, Age of Gentiles, Age of Israel, Hypostatic Union, Church Age, Tribulation, Millennium, Eternal Future
Before you begin this Bible study, if you have never believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, John
3:16 tells us: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.” Simply have faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and you will have eternal life and be saved. If you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, then 1 John 1:9 tells us: “If you confess your sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Simply privately tell God the Father your sins to be filled with God the Holy Spirit and He will teach you Bible truth. Promise-Memory Verse
“The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked, and the good.” Proverbs 15:3
God knows everything: He is omniscience. Can you believe that God never had to go to school to learn about anything? He is the only one who can tell us how many dinosaurs roamed the earth. He knows exactly how many lizards are alive, and how many grains of sand are on every the beach.
God doesn’t need a time machine to find out what happened 3000 years ago, or what happens in the future because he already knows. He never has to go online, and search for answers on the internet. God never brags about Himself, or acts stuck up, because He is wiser than everyone. God never has memory problems, or forgets His promises.
He loves you, and thinks about you every day. He can even read your mind. He knows what time you get up in the morning, or if you have a broken arm. He even knows your favorite color, and whether you have stinky feet. When your feelings get hurt, God totally understands how you feel.
God wants to share what He knows with every single one of us. The knowledge that God gives to you doesn’t have anything to do with how smart you are. Learning about God, and trusting Him will make you wise, not smart. What does that mean?
It’s wise to learn to obey your parents. It’s smart when you make perfect scores on all of your spelling tests.
It’s wise when you learn how much God loves you even if you make a mistake. It’s smart when you don’t try to make friends with an alligator.
It’s wise when you learn that you need to eat God’s Words, which means believe Bible Doctrine and have faith that God will come to your rescue. It’s smart when you don’t eat 30 candy bars at once.
It’s wise when you trust God to help you when you are afraid. It’s smart when you learn to speak two languages.
It’s wise when you learn that God created the heavens, and the earth, and the people in it. It’s smart when you don’t go in the river without knowing how to swim.
It’s wise to learn about what God wants you to do with your life. It’s smart if you invent a flying car.
It’s wise when you learn how to love others no matter how they act. It’s smart when you don’t try to pick up a refrigerator all by yourself.
We are all supposed to believe that a scientist dug up a dead body and named him Frankenstein. He put an abnormal brain in him. Then he was hit by lightning, and came to life.
It’s wise if you know that only God can give people life. It’s both wise and smart when you can tell the truth from a lie.
