Eternity Past, Age of Gentiles, Age of Israel, Hypostatic Union, Church Age, Tribulation, Millennium, Eternal Future

Before you begin this Bible study, if you have never believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, John
3:16 tells us: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.” Simply have faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and you will have eternal life and be saved. If you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, then 1 John 1:9 tells us: “If you confess your sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Simply privately tell God the Father your sins to be filled with God the Holy Spirit and He will teach you Bible truth. Promise-Memory Verse
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Matthew 28:18b
God is Sovereign-King-Ruler
What kind of king is God? Does He gather as much gold as He can from us, so His kingdom will be rich? Is He like an evil villain that hurts everyone that gets His way? Does He sit on His throne, and bonk you over the head every time you mess up?
No way! God doesn’t act anything like that at all! In fact, one of the most amazing things about Him is that He never bullies you to do anything. He gives every person a choice to do things their own way, or God’s way. When you try and do things your own way, often times you punish your own self. God’s way is always the right way.
As your creator and wise ruler, God always knows what is best for you. He may punish you at times, but He always treats you way better than you deserve. God also has authority over the animals, sun, moon, stars, and even the weather.
Rabbits never get tired of hopping, and they don’t look in the mirror and say to themselves, “Boy do I hate my cotton tail, I wish my tail looked like a flower.” The moon never takes a day off, and plays soccer. The stars don’t ever decide that they want to have green stripes, and blue polka dots. They all have to do what God created them to do.
Promise-Memory Verse
“The Lord is my strength, and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. Psalm 28:7a.

God is omnipotent-Powerful
God has unlimited power, and strength. He loves using it to help us. Some people think that God sits around all day waiting to zap them if they do something bad. That’s not true at all. He carefully chooses when to use His power.
Nothing we can do will reduce the amount of power that God has. It’s impossible for Satan and the fallen angels to do anything to defeat God. Not even a bunch of fire breathing dragons, giants, or really rude dinosaurs are strong enough to wipe out God.
He always uses His omnipotent power in the right way. God keeps the planets floating in the air, and our feet on the ground. He’s invincible, and He guards the Heavens, and the earth. So don’t believe the lie going around, that people can destroy the whole earth with nuclear weapons or global warming!
God the Son, who is Jesus Christ, died on the cross to pay for every bad thing, each of us think, do, and say. He used His power, to raise Himself from the dead on the third day! In fact, He is alive right now!
Sometimes God’s power allows hurricanes, tornados and other bad weather to try and get everyone’s attention. He believes in giving lots of chances to everyone to come back to Him.
If God was a video game, His avatar might look like this picture. Once His character loaded, there would be a button to push to start the game. That would be the rebound button. This means, that to activate God’s power, you have to tell Him the bad things, you think, do and say. Once you do that, you have the filling of the Holy Spirit’s power and are ready for action.
The filling of God the Holy Spirit, means that God the Holy Spirit who is your teacher, helps you to remember special Bible verses that will help you when you’re afraid, or get your feelings hurt. What a wonderful God we have, who shares His power with us. God isn’t stingy!
